I truly appreciate how the office staff worked with me to find the soonest appointment to replace my garbage disposal... which had given up the ghost. Their technician, Manny, was on time, efficiently completed the job, and answered all my questions. He also sent before and after photos of the job. Quail has done big jobs (slab leak) and small ones for me. I highly recommend the friendliness and professionalism of their staff!!

Exceptional service was provided with a quick response time to the home. The pricing was very competitive and offered excellent value. The work performed was of remarkable quality and exceeded expectations. The technician's expertise was evident in their efficient and skillful approach. Overall, a positive and highly satisfactory experience.

They did a great job. I was 5 days away from my water heater being out of warranty and they processed the and replaced saving me $1,000. Price was reasonable and they were professional.

What a fabulous company. We had an emergency plumbing issue at a rental property in Scottdale, on New Year's Day. I am remote, and needed to get my tenant taken care of.

One quick phone call and these folks were on the case. A technician was dispatched within about an hour, and the problem was fixed with one visit.

While the emergency, holiday rate wasn't cheap, it was not exorbitant and these guys did everything they promised. At no point did we feel like we were being gouged or taken advantage of.

I would definitely use Quail Plumbing again, well done indeed.

Haven’t used this company before and never will after seeing how this driver treated me and several other cars around me. Slamming on his breaks and tailgating cars in front of him. Toolbox was thrown around in the back and almost hit me several times. I see there are several posts about this company’s driving, but it doesn’t sound like the owners care to address anything.

Corbin came out within the hour of calling for an appt. He was awesome, informative, and thorough. We have another company out earlier in the morning and was quoted $690 for the same repair. Will absolutely use them again. Definitely recommend them!

I’ve had Jordan out to my house for multiple plumbing projects when he was with a different company. I just recently found out that he has moved to Bluefrog Plumbing and I will be calling them and requesting Jordan anytime I need plumbing help.

I’m not rating their service but rather the driver. The guy was texting and driving (swerving) going 20MPH in a 50 zone with a line of cars behind him. It seemed like he didn’t have a care in the world. The van wasn’t broken by the way because when he got in the freeway he got up to 60.

Very friendly staff and was able to give a same day appointment.
Water heater wasn't working and I thought i needed to replace it. The tech could have sold me a new one but instead was honest and advised that I just needed a new element that had went out. New WH would have cost me over 1000.00 VS the element replacement that was under 300!!
