Have had a seasonal issue that would pop up with a few of our bathrooms toilets and they seem to have resolved the issue. I would recommend them, and will use them in the future.

Outstanding plumbing company! The service I received from their plumber named Heath was honest, quick and done right! He was never trying to make a sale. Great company!

This company is great. All of the workers are professional and courteous. The prices are reasonable and the company is extremely honest. They will never try to sell you something that you don't need. I highly recommend them.

Quail Plumbing did a major job at our condo complex and according to our board president - they went above and beyond in working with the city, our insurance company and our property owners. I will be sure to use them if I have any plumbing issues in my unit.

The man driving the company van tried to run me into the wall on the 51 freeway and 101 freeway curve today at 230pm. He harassed me for several miles by tailgating me nearly hitting me on multiple occasions. This person is clearly a bully and used his vehicle to threaten and bully me out of his way. I would stay clear of this vehicle and wouldn't let him near my family or home. God for bid you piss him off. He drives a white van that says Quail Plumbing on the sides. Please pray for this man that he will find a better way to deal with his emotions. And pray for all the drivers out here in Phoenix. Hopefully no one is hurt by this man.

Owner came to my house to do an estimate he seemed rushed he was there 11mins could not have left any quicker. Told me he would email me the estimate the next morning. I have yet to see anything come through. Very unprofessional, if you do not want to do the job either just tell me or over bid the work. I'm posting this for others be be aware.

Have used Quail plumbing numerous times and both family and friends have been happy with quality and value.
One of my customers mentioned she was struggling to come up with the money she needed to pay Xxxxxx Xxxxxx again. The "again" spurred me to recommend Quail. She contacted them. They performed a comprehensive inspection and saved her 100%. Not a typo! She did not need ANYTHING!

I did not mention the company because it does not matter. If you need (or think you need) a plumber CALL QUAIL!

BTW - Ignore the map. They've helped me across Maricopa County, even once at O'dark:30. Just call 'em.

I have used them in the past when a pipe burst and my house flooded and they were fine, however, I will never use again. This past visit I spent over $100 for the (not friendly) guy to come out, he fixed nothing and did not address all issues presented.

I have used Quayle plumbing for commercial plumbing repairs a number of times. Each time the technician was professional, knew what to do about the problem.

My technician showed up promptly at the time quoted over the phone, no waiting around for 2-4 hours. He was clean, knowledgeable, friendly, and the price was a 1/3 of what I was quoted from the billboard and tv advertisement plumbing companies. Highly recommend and will use for all future plumbing needs.

This is a great company. I had Bob come service my water softener and then install an RO under my kitchen sink. Bob is great! He is very knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and worked efficiently. Many plumbers make commissions selling RO systems. The plumbers at Quail do not make commission off of the RO products. I felt like I got a very honest, upfront and reasonable price for the RO system and service. The scheduling department is also very prompt and friendly. They always got back to me quickly, and everything was done on a timely manner. I'm glad to say I've found a plumber/company I can call for any of my needs. Thank you Quail, you've got yourself a forever customer.

We have yet to use them on any job, but their estimate I just received for a commercial project is the most thorough I have ever seen any plumber provide. Been doing construction for almost 20 years! They came highly recommended by our plumbing supplier

Textbook bait-and-switch

Long story but here it goes:

I hired Quail Plumbing to install a gas line for a new cooking top. The plumber came to take a look and quote the job. It was already suspicious that the plumber was in a van marked "Scottsdale Plumbing". He looked at the location where the line needed to be installed and give me a quote (8 hours of work).

I scheduled for the work to be done one week later. This is where the problems started.

The plumber came and immediately started complaining that he didn't have his van and his equipment, that he would have to go to the store to buy a level, etc.
Next he started complaining that the drywall wasn't removed. During his visit a week earlier he didn't mention anything about this.
Next he started complaining about the connections to the water heater (which hadn't changed from the week before, when he quoted the job)
So all in all, before he even started he spent about 20 minutes complaining about the job.

I ended up having to lend him my level so he could get started.

Next he took out the water heater and started ripping out the drywall. He came and got me and started complaining again how this was going to be a lot of work. He got all upset of how the copper and gas lines were sitting in the wall, how he would have to drill through studs (like he didn't know this already before). Apparently the gas line went to the attic and he couldn't see where it went. To make a long story short he asked me how he had to do his job. He also told me I would have to remove all the drywall from floor to ceiling on one wall in the kitchen.

Next he told me to think about it and he would reschedule if I agreed with the extra work: textbook bait and switch.

This is where I got upset and told him I got other tradesman scheduled and I could not wait a week to get this done. Again he started complaining at which point I told him that I just wanted the work done the same day as he told me he could do a week earlier. I also told him that I didn't care if it took him longer as long as the work was done the same day. I thought this was it and he would get the stuff done the same day. This is were it got interesting...

At this point he left and called the office. A minute later I got a call from someone whose name I can only assume is "Karen". She asked me if I had been verbally abusive. To which I said replied "No", then she asked me if was swearing. To which I answered "No". (This plumber would probably be the first man in history with tattoos over his neck and hands who is offended by swearing). Then she asked me if I wanted to reschedule for next week. At which point I told her I wanted the work done this day as I thought that was what was agreed 5 minutes earlier with the plumber. There was no reason at all for her to get involved.

After some back an forth she had the gall to tell me to shut up while she was speaking and didn't want to listen to anything that I said. Every time I tried to say something she would interrupt me and didn't want to hear anything about the unprofessional behavior of the plumber. Apparently the customer is always wrong with Quail Plumbing. When she was done with her diatribe I told her that I would like to call my mommy too to help me out and defend my case, just like the plumber called his mommy (aka the office Karen). Needless to say "Karen" didn't like this and was offended.

She decided there and then that they were not going to do the job and that I needed to look for another plumber to get the gas line done.

Good riddance Quail (or is it Scottsdale Plumbing?).

I have been using this company for years and have nothing but good to say. Everyone on their team is great to work with. Tim, Maggie, Ken, Mario, ...all of them. They do great great work. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an experienced plumbing staff.

I knew nothing about Quail Plumbing, having just done a google search for a 24 hour plumber to respond to my after hours/emergency service call. The water main valve leading into my house broke, spewing water that I could not shut off. I had the good fortune to have Jamey from Quail Plumbing arrive within 45 minutes. Jamey knew his stuff. A real pro. It was an after hours service call and I knew it would not be cheap. But given their quick response and professional plumber (Jamey), I thought the pricing was fair. I'll use them again and would recommend them to others.

I'm a general contractor and have used Quail Plumbing on several jobs They have set the bar high for their level of service! Definitely operate how a company should with good communication, arriving in a timely manner during the window they provided when setting the appointments, and great overall service with good quality work. I will be using them on future projects and referring to other contractors, friends, and family!

From the sweet, helpful people in the office, to the ones that come out to your home in a very timely and professional manner. I never feel pressured to do something or have anything done that wasn't on my original work order. They take their time, and explain everything. I cannot say enough good things about Quail Plumbing. The office staff is phenomenal, very responsive & quick to get you scheduled. I've had both Tim Harris & Jason Osborn out to my home and both were extremely knowledgeable and honest in their assessments. I actually contacted them for a second opinion initially and was extremely grateful I was put into contact with them. This company executes on high morals and definitely has the best interest of the consumer in mind.

Had leak in hot water pipe under foundation. Ended up by-passing with new line through attic. Complicated and originally estimated at up to 3 days. I ended up learning how pipes are run during original construction ( over 25 years ago)

Ultimately was done in one long day - 8 until 7pm Not even sure the 2 men took a lunch break. They were quiet, clean and professional.
