The technician that came to my home was very nice. The prices were competitive and I didn’t feel like they were trying to upsell me on anything, which is definitely an improvement over the last company I worked with. They answered all of my questions in a way that I could understand, and they were super knowledgeable. I can now say that I have a favorite plumber!

Both employees were very pleasant and overcame some minor difficulties in installing the new R/O system and washing machine inlet valves. They took their time to do it right and assured me I would not have additional problems for the next several years.

Both of the guys that came out were very polite, funny and I didn't have to ask them to cover their shoes.
I enjoyed every minute of the sales content, straight forward about the price of everything or I could buy individually.

Actual work by technician was very good. I was frustrated with the appointment scheduling process. I specifically said we would need an 8AM appointment since we had physical therapy scheduled for 10. I was assured there would be no problem. The technician’s work order showed him the work was scheduled between 9 and 10 and he didn’t arrive until 9:45. Needless to say we had to cancel our PT appointment.

Blue Frog was awesome! Great communication, knowledgeable and friendly technician, Javier. Finished the job quickly and at a fair price. Will use them again!!

Jordan was awesome! Very prompt and thorough. He inspected our water tank as well as under the sink and discovered a slow leak in the guest bathroom. I had no idea about it so good thing he caught it before it turned into something big! Also, he went the extra mile and even cleaned up the mess from what the leak had created. Highly recommend!
