For $7.95/month, I belong to their Diamond Club which includes an annual whole-house inspection, 10% off all repairs, and extended warranties.
They've repaired leaks, replaced under-sink supply lines, installed new heavy-duty clothes washer hoses, replaced anode rods in the water heater, installed a new garbage disposal, replaced the water control valve in a shower, changed several outside hose bibs, and installed a toilet.
They are meticulous and take great pride in their work; the quality is exceptional.

Walt is great to work with. He charges a fair price and does the job the right way. He’s very upfront with pricing so there’s no surprises.

I called on Sunday and was able to get an appointment the next day to get the pressure reducer on the main line to the house fixed due to a leak. This is a small business that cares about their customers. And, unlike larger plumbing companies out there, this company wants your repeat business, and provides fair prices for their services.

We have noticed a hot spot on the floor and we are worried about the slab leaking and give Smiley pluming a call and he showed up the same day and after he carefully inspected it and I was told their were no leaks, just caused by the recirculation pump running 24/7 and he explained how to set the timer for it so it runs only when we need it.
He is does the job professionally and he is also friendly and I highly recommend him.

On time the day they scheduled and were very professional and courteous. Our plumbing was so bad we had three quotes that it would take two days. Smiley Plumbing was able to do it in one day at a cheaper price. I was skeptical but after reading reviews I went with them. Cleaned up with no mess left behind to worry about. I couldn't be happier, the service they provided was 5 stars.

My hot water tank recirculating pump stopped working so I called Smiley Plumbing and Walt came right away. He said the pump had burned out so he replaced it and tested the system. When I asked him how much he said that the pump was still under warranty and so was the service call. No charge. I have used him for several years now and he has always done a first rate job and stands behind his work. I am always confident that he will do the job right the first time.

Walt really saved my bacon when I came home after 8pm to find my water heater leaking. He came out within an hour, diagnosed the issue, explained the options, and took out the old heater late into the night. He worked around my schedule to install the new heater, and thoroughly explained every step and how to perform regular maintenance going forward. Very responsive; scheduled hot water heater service for an inherited 15 yr. old unit. Walt arrived on time, was very professional, personable and explained the value of servicing the unit compared to installing a new one. We decided it made more sense to get a new one with a warranty than risk future problems with an old unit. Walt changed the aerator on my master bathroom sink and did my annual draining of the hot water heater. He is always professional and does a great job. Always cleans up after himself as well.
