Michael Arrived within time indicated. Replaced the anchor bolts with the correct bolts, A previous repair by another plumber years ago used bolts that rusted and the toilet was loose. He also replaced the filters on the RO system. He answered question that I asked to satisfaction.

We had an emergency leak under our foundation due to a pipe burst and only found it when our water bill came in 2x previous month. We called Local Leaders Plumbing and they made it a priority to send someone out as soon as possible-same day. The plumber was pulled from a Scottsdale site and brought over to our address in Peoria.

They quickly diagnosed the leak was a hot water leak and we were losing 1 1/2 gallons of water PER MINUTE! He showed us how to turn the hot water off to stop the issue, scheduled a leak detection company to come out and then came out with them to figure out the source and solution. They prioritized our fix and rather than breaking up the tile in my house hall, they rerouted all the piping through the attic to minimize house repair. They came out the next day and completed the work in one day!

The plumbers were professional, courteous, cared about our issues and made it a priority to get our work done as soon as possible. We really appreciate how we were treated with respect and care. We recommend them highly!

Our water heater sprung a leak at 4:30pm on a Saturday. It drained completely. Mike arrived within 30 minutes (!) with a new replacement water heater. He was professional, friendly, and completely prepared to fix our problem. Great experience!

We've heard great things about Local Leaders Plumbing through friends who have used them for a lot of work, and now we know why. We recently had them out to our house to replace two toilets and fix a slow kitchen sink drain. Other plumbers we called wanted to charge us upwards of $1500 for a hydro-jet, but Daniel was able to solve the issue for significantly less. He used a special tool to clear out the sludge and even helped fix our garbage disposal.

Daniel was an absolute professional from start to finish. He was communicative, kind, and had a fantastic, humble attitude. He even worked like a "ninja" while I was taking work calls, making the whole process seamless and easy. The pricing was also great—roughly 20% less than other quotes we received. We can't recommend Local Leaders Plumbing enough for their honest, effective, and professional service. We'll definitely be using them again for any future plumbing needs!

Our water was off and we needed a quick fix to a common but potentially-complicated plumbing problem, and at the most inconvenient time (dinner time on a weekend). Mike and Meagan were so gracious and professional. Mike showed up fast and at the ready and the procedure was completed efficiently and without issue - less than an hour from start to finish and our water was back on. We will be calling on this team again for all our plumbing needs.
