Our quiet three year old dryer suddenly started making a loud noise. Kyle responded to our service call, turned on the dryer and diagnosed it was probably one of the rollers. He proceeded taking the dryer apart to get to the rollers and found the bad one with two other rollers probably not far behind which he totally explained in terms we could understand. Kyle put the dryer back together and it was operational until the parts came in. With one bad roller and two more probably not far behind we decided to replace all four rollers since the parts are not that expensive as compared to the labor cost of disassembling the dryer. Within a few days the parts arrived and Kyle did an excellent job of fixing our dryer. The service was friendly, professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommend East Valley Super Techs and the great service that Kyle gave us.

I wanted to write a note of thanks because KYLE went above and beyond to explain everything to me while he was replacing the garage disposal. I would recommend this company over and over. Kyle called prior to arriving and was on time. He was very professional and friendly. I told him what I had ordered and tried to fix myself. Instead of saying I should never do that, he advised me to use high quality OEM parts, and call them if needed. He quickly diagnosed my broken drum, and spent time explaining what to look for in a new unit. Excellent service and advice! Well worth the trip fee.

I contacted company to discuss options for a dishwasher repair, spray arm damaged, that was out of warranty. Kyle suggested sending photos to have parts on hand if needed. The correct parts order and installed quickly and efficiently. Kyle was very professional. Send pictures before after repair completed. He called to let me know what had been done. I especially appreciated this as a new tenant had just moved in a time was of the essence.

Our service tech was Mike and he was awesome! He was professional and personable. He had our washing machine back up and running in no time. Almost a year ago my dryer stopped heating, so I called them out to take a look. They completely took the dryer apart, couldn’t find anything obviously wrong, put it back together, and it started working perfectly. They only charged me a basic service fee. I was honestly blown away by their honesty and integrity.

Recently my washer started acting up, so I called them again. The technician diagnosed the issue quickly. Since I have a GE washer, they were able to use their diagnostic software to pinpoint the problem. It needed a firmware update and a dampener replacement. They explained my options clearly and finished the repair in about 30 minutes.

I will absolutely keep calling them anytime I have an appliance issue. Professional, efficient, and trustworthy from start to finish.

Our dishwasher wouldn't drain. We followed the online videos but still not draining. Mike and his apprentice arrived on time, did a quick evaluation, found the impeller in the drain pump was stuck, cleared there problem and had us up and running in 30 minutes.
