If you're looking for someone who is honest, fair, competent and does a thorough job? Look no further than Steve's Appliance Repair. When my GE refrigerator stopped working, I called Steve at about 5:30 in the morning and left him a message. He promptly returned my call at 8:00 AM and was at my house by noon. He quickly diagnosed the issue, but did not have the part on his truck. Steve drove out to Tempe and picked up the part and returned the next day and completed the repair. I was expecting to pay much more than what he charged. He was very transparent on the cost of the part and when he would get the repair completed. As long as Steve is in business, I will continue to be a customer of his for any appliance repairs in the future. Thanks Steve!

Highly recommend Steve! He quickly diagnosed my refrigerator problem, he could have easily charged more for the part but instead we found the part on Amazon, I ordered it myself, he came back to install it for a VERY reasonable price, probably a fraction of the cost other companies would have charged, thanks so much for your honesty and help Steve!

One of the greatest experiences, I can say that I’ve had with a repair service. Steve was informative, upfront and honest, very responsive and quick!
My washer stopped draining, and I was up late until 1am trying to get it fixed on my own via YouTube and duct tape (Lol). The next morning, I started making calls as I needed to make sure I could get my problem fixed so I could do weekend laundry… Everyone was booked out, and pretty expensive. But not Steve! He was able to fit me in three hours after calling him, and he was extremely affordable!

I called Steve on Friday we set up a time to fix the igniter on our gas stove. He showed on time and early from the hours 10-12. We will definitely call him again for any appliance repair we might have in the future. It was nice that it was an easy transaction.

I cannot say enough good things about Shane with Rock Solid Appliance Repair. Our Samsung washing machine went out and I started searching for appliance repair companies. We called Prime appliance services and they sent out a 20 year old kid that spent 5 minutes looking at our washer to tell us it was a $900 fix and we shouldn’t bother. And then proceeded to charge us a $90 diagnostic fee. I called Shane with Rock solid and he came out that same day and told us he needed to do some trouble shooting. After ordering parts he had our washing machine fixed in no time! He was honest about the diagnostic, he had great communication and made us feel comfortable having him in our home. THANK YOU Shane. Works on Bosch and any brand of appliance. Was easy to communicate with. We sent a picture of what was broken. He ordered the part and came out and fixed it! Highly recommend.
