I wanted go give a HUGE shout out to Steve. He has helped us out now twice with our dryer. First time our dryer wasn't drying our clothes right and this last time he helped us our dryer was squeaking a horrible noise, he again was able to address the problem. We called Steve yesterday and he was able to come out today! Steve was super friendly, and very knowledgeable! He knew what needed to be fixed, and best of all had all the parts we needed! Steve came to our house for an issue with our ice maker. When he got there he told me he thought that the problem should be under warranty. I called Whirlpool customer service while he waited and found out that it was a covered problem, but Steve wasn’t one of their “authorized” repairmen.
Steve didn’t charge me for the service call. I really appreciate his honesty and willingness to help me out.
We have to wait another week to get our ice maker fixed, but I will be sure to give Steve a call next time something goes out.

Steve responded quickly to my voicemail, hr came out and investigated the problem with my washer. The fix required parts that needed to be ordered. Steve gave me the options, one being more expensive and faster, I opted the slow route, but even then he texted as soon as the parts came in and installed them the next day. I would definitely call Steve again!

Steve came out and repaired our fridge today. He arrived on time, worked quickly and had fair prices. He fixed our fridge and was done and gone in less than 30 minutes. Will definitely call him again in the future!

I requested aa service call from steve based off his many positive reviews. Steve was only at our house for twenty minutes and it quickly became obvious that Steve deserves all his Positive reviews. Steve was up front with my broken washing machine and acted with the utmost professionalism. Steve came out today to repair my 11 year old Maytag refrigerator. Did a great job, took him only 45 minutes to fix. He replaced the capacitor and relay. It was ice cold again in 2 hours. Very reasonable prices, very professional. I highly recommend Steve. Great service.

I called Steve to schedule an appointment. He called back a few hours later and we talked about my 2019 LG French Door refrigerator and how it slowly lost the ability to cool and freeze my food, drinks. I thought it would be several hundred dollars to repair. He told me it was the compressor and the part cost is $1700 but LG warranties that part for 10 years (first 5 include all labor). Steve described how to call the LG customer service and what to do. I did as he suggested and now my refrigerator is fixed without costing me anything. Other companies might have tried to make a buck on a service charge and then tell you about the warranty.

Steve gave me free guidance and put a customer above profit. He is an honest professional who has gained my trust and I will call him again when a need arises.

Very unprofessional and the person scheduling the appointment had no clue what they were doing. Ended up going with a different company due to this.

I couldn't of had a better experience. The heating element went out on my dryer. Called Steve on Monday and he had a cancelation so was able come out on Wednesday. I sent him the model and serial numbers for the dryer and he arrived with all the necessary tools and parts. He made his diagnois and did the repair work in under an hour. All done at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend him to any one who needs an appliance repaired.

Steve just replaced cooling fan on our 5 year old GE French Door refrigerator. Returned call 8AM completed project at 3PM...Had part on truck. One stop, seamless shopping. You can tell he has many, many years of experience. You will not be disappointed...cost was far less than I expected.

He could not come the same day (already booked), but said he would come Saturday between 10 and 11 - arrived at 10:15. He was clean, professional, and ready to go.

Be knowledgeable! He had the dryer fixed within 45 minutes. Had the fridge fixed within 30 minutes and the dishwasher in like 30 seconds. Yes, all three died at the same time it was rough!!

I emailed Steve on a Sunday night. He called me at 8:15am on Monday. He was at my house at 11am as promised. He went right to work and know exactly was wrong. He said he had seen the same problem on other refrigerators. My refrigerator was producing ice by 3pm. Unbelievable. And his prices are very fair.
