Shane has fixed numerous appliances for me; refrigerator, ice maker, laundry machines, etc. Shane is incredibly knowledgeable, and therefore, he is precise with how he fixes things. Shane provided outstanding service! He was able to diagnose the issue with the dishwasher over the phone and, once the parts came in, promptly came to our home to fix the issue. He also troubleshot an issue with our Samsung washer and provided sound advice on options (repair or replace). He’s personable and pleasant to talk with. Highly recommend!

Shane was prompt with setting up an appointment and was able to diagnose the issue very quickly. It ended up being the fan the circulates air from the freezer to the fridge. We are back to normal for 2 weeks now. Fridge is cold and ice make is once again making ice. I am confident in my abilities for minor repairs, with that being said I know when it’s time to call a pro. Shane is a pro. We are keeping his business card handy.

My washer didn’t make it but my appliance repair man did! Shane came out the very next day, was on time, courteous and professional but most importantly gave me an honest assessment that it was not worth the money to repair my machine. It’s hard to find honest people nowadays, so as a breath of fresh air that I had a company who is honest and And fair. If I do ever have another appliance issue, Shane will be the one I call.

I had a great experience with them fixing my stove. Shane was quick, efficient, and thorough. He was able to resolve multiple issues with my stove. On top of that Shane was very easy to talk to and a great people person. This is a company I would highly recommend to anyone need repair.

Tyler was great, my washer got a huge dent in the front center panel by the movers. Kyle took the top off and reached down in front of the drum and after a couple of tries he got the dent pushed back out. We even did a load of a couple bathroom rugs, and no more drum slamming against that dented wall. I’ve done a few additional loads since and so far so good. Very nice young man. Thanks Tyler.

Our drawer dishwasher had an error code we couldn’t clear. East Valley Super Techs came highly recommended, so we scheduled. They were quick to respond and get scheduled. I asked a lot of questions about pricing/what to expect cause I had a bad experience with a different company.

The BEST! I filled out their online form Friday evening and by Saturday afternoon I had a Monday appt. Kyle called and asked if he could come early. He showed up as promised, was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough. He made sure I understood the issue, my options, and the guarantee/expectation for the repair he performed. I have to tell you, East Valley Super Techs are probably the best service company I have ever dealt with. I've used the a few times now for dishwasher and refridgerator repairs and diagnosis. Both technicians were extremely knowledgeable, courteous, on time, and did an absolute fantastic job on repairing my appliances. Hands down they are the best service contractor that I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them for all your Appliance needs.
