I highly recommend East valley Super Techs. Very honest company! Told me upfront it would be better for me to get a new washer. They could have fixed it temporarily like another company was willing to do. Instead they lost money. But not really because I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to everyone. I was very impressed and grateful!!

Great customer service! Tech explained what was causing the issue and the repair needed to fix it. After repair, cycled the machine to ensure issue was resolved before leaving! This was my first time using East Valley Super Techs and I am more than satisfied.

Absolutely top notch, professional service. I have a Monogram dishwasher that needed repair. Mike came out and not only was on time, but really on top of things. Texted before he arrived and arrived when he said he would. I really appreciate his professionalism and friendliness. A part had to be ordered and when the part came in they returned and installed the part and dishwasher is working perfectly. Highly recommend East Valley Super Techs. Corrine took my call and booked my appointment. She also hooked me up with Kyle, the tech, who answered all my questions regarding a dishwasher installation. Kyle was on time, professional and did a great job on a difficult installation due to the location of the dishwasher to the sink. He came through when Home Depot wouldn’t touch it!!! I’d use them again before paying for installation from HD. Price was very close to what HD charges as well.

Mike showed at my home in Globe. He was very professional and clean. We don't have any techs in Globe to fix any appliances. I will CL him if there any other appliances that needs to be fixed. We don't have any type of techs that can fix any appliances. He's was very reasonable with the prices and I can use my oven again

They came in as the 2nd opinion for my stove. I wished they were the repair company that came first. Professional, knowledgeable, and informative. I would use them as my FIRST call for repair. Since my repair was under insurance they sent these guys out after the first company damaged my unit further.

Great job! I really appreciate Kyle being so straight forward and presenting multiple options for the repair. Our dryer was knocking like crazy and he replaced the faulty components, cleaned all the debris within the chassis, and was in and out in 2 hrs. I highly recommend this company if you need straight forward communication and quality work.

My washer broke 10 days after the warranty and man was I bummed! I was so worried about hiring a random company to come out and fix it. But Mike was awesome! Listened to what was going on and figured it out quickly. The cost of parts was very similar to what I saw online and the cost of labor was super reasonable. Not a random company anymore! I will for sure hold on to their number for any future problems.

Our technician was Kyle, He explained that our over the range microwave was 16 years old and the parts we needed were costly and purchasing a replacement was probably best. He looked up microwaves and prices at local stores matching our existing appliances. After we got the new one, he came back and installed it for less than the stores would charge. We are pleased with East Valley Super Techs!
