J&T Services are excellent in all aspects of the work they performed to construct a concrete base pad for a 7x18’ swim spa...in addition to their highly rated Quality, Value, professionalism, responsiveness, and punctuality, they are a friendly and trustworthy contractor. I would not hesitate to employ their services for other residential projects big or small.

We hired them to build multiple custom white concrete furniture (large coffee table, multiple console tables). The resulting work was beautiful and well done. Highly recommend JT Moderna’s work.

Jean is highly knowledgeable about concrete with excellent attention to detail and conscientious in all aspects of his work. I hired him to fix a custom outdoor concrete swim-up bar counter that began cracking. He was quick to come out and inspect the issue. He explained the problem that had created the cracking, the repair he recommended and how it would help prevent future cracking, and suggested waiting to a season that would be best for draining the pool and completing the concrete counter. When it came time to do the work, he communicated well with me, completed the work beautifully, and alerted me to a problem he noticed in the drained pool while working that was unrelated to the work he was doing, potentially saving me future pool damage. Additionally, he proactively contacted me when the counter was due to be resealed. J & T Service is one of the rare gems in the construction field.

JT did a great job matching very old travertine which made a huge difference in the bathroom. They have also painted a bedroom for my grandaughter which was lovely. They also replaced some old electrical outlets for my brother through out the house bringing it up to code and much safer and if I’m sure I will be using them again soon.They are polite caring and does very high quality workmanship and deadlines are met even when your time to be home is altered. We have hired JT Moderna for several projects and repairs at our home and we always have been very happy with their work. We met JP 5 years ago when he did some repairs in our condo. I remembered him because he was punctual and a great communicator. Recently I texted him Sunday night and he responded immediately. We scheduled him for another repair the next day. It’s rare to find someone who is trustworthy, reasonably priced and does great work. We are thinking about doing some bathroom remodeling and he will be the first person we call.

JP remodeled our guest bathroom which was original 1977 tub and plumbing. His old world craftsmanship in tile design and installation is impressive in today's market. Extremely skilled in recognizing issues in framing and plumbing which need to be updated. All subcontractors he brought in were competent and on schedule.

The finished work is both beautiful and functional.

After receiving several quotes from other companies for a possible shower remodel, we found JP and JT Moderna and were glad we did.

While other companies were confident in the issue at costs ranging from $4k to $20k, JP was the only person to correctly identify the issue, which was much less intensive than previously assumed. Not only did this save us thousands in unnecessary work, but the quality of work was top-notch; we've had no issues with the shower since (and it still looks great).

Over the past 5 years, I have worked with Jean on many home improvement and remodeling projects in my home. He always does a wonderful job and his workmanship is exemplary. JP is the best. He completed our small bathroom remodel on time and in budget. If you are looking for a friendly, competent contractor, you need to use JT Moderna. We will definitely use JP for future projects at our home.

I can only say WOW. I stated with a simple bathroom “facelift” but of course it didn’t stay that way when we found the rusted out tub, leaking sewer pipes, improperly done plaster… so much work that had been done so wrong by the flipper who sold my place. Jean came in and fixed it all. From getting the foundation jackhammered practically overnight, to tearing the walls all the way down to the studs, and cutting away ancient galvanized pipe the transformation was total. It’s never going to be easy renovating the only bathroom in a house (while living in it!) but the end result is absolutely worth it. My bathroom looks like a magazine spread, and the only thing I can say bad about it is that the rest of my house doesn’t look like it belongs anymore. Very happy with the results, thank you!

They did a complete remodel on my 2/2.5 condo in PV. I am a perfectionist and wanted a high quality finish……they made sure everything was exactly like I wanted.
