Use Home Depot all the time and have for years in multiple states.

Ordering blinds for our home has been a challenge at this location. Lost orders, delays in shipping, delays in installation. No follow up after we had a measure done...........just bad service from this department and store.

Poor workmanship and terrible customer service.

We ordered custom closet doors for our office at Home Depot on Hayden in North Scottsdale. The contracting company, Greencraft, even came to measure the space because we have a large insert and needed to order custom size doors which cost extra. My husband had to take off work for this appointment and spend over an hour explaining the measurements to the Home Depot staff afterward because they were very confused about everything at the time of ordering.

Several weeks later, the doors finally arrived at Home Depot and when Greencraft came to install them, sure enough they were the wrong size and scratched. We let the contractor know during the installation, and he told us any issues were not his problem and had to be addressed with Home Depot. That evening we went to Home Depot where there was no one "qualified" to help solve the problem or re-order the doors, but an employee left messages with managers who supposedly could help the following day. To make a long story short, none of the managers responded promptly to the issue nor were competent enough to understand the simple measurements, re-order us new doors (because they are scratched as well), or help fix the problem.

Despite the Home Depot staff insisting they would "make it right" no one has done so and it has been nearly 6 weeks since the installation. My husband has made countless phone calls to both the Home Depot managers at this location and Greencraft and has taken time off work for what should have been a simple closet door installation.

If you want a job done right, DO NOT use Home Depot. So much of customer service, in any industry, is admitting to and rectifying mistakes when they occur and this store has failed to do both.

The installers from Western State flooring were on time, courteous, informative, professional, friendly, and respectful. They did an awesome job and were in and out in no time at all.

Juan did a great job installing our master bedroom & closet carpet. He was all by himself and had to take the bed apart & move dressers. He cleaned up afterwards even did some vacuuming. I would highly recommend him

Sam B came out and spent time understanding my project (I sent many photos and discussed at length my ideas) , so I thought, and then ghosted me. After multiple inquiries, he replied he was waiting on a glass door quote but after that there was NO communication, no explanation and obviously no project estimate. This is an unprofessional business that wastes your time with no results. Don’t bother.

We loved Sam from the moment we met. He was recommended by the high-end kitchen designer, and we were not disappointed.

Our project was rather complex, entire reconfiguration of the kitchen, changes to the laundry and the living room. It included everything: framing, drywall, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, flooring in addition to fully custom cabinets installation. Sam handled it all.

Sam cared a lot on what we thought. He was always open to ideas to make changes, and guided us whether what we wanted was going to produce results we expected. We ended up making some changes, and decided against others with Sam‘s help; we absolutely glad that we had such opportunities and support, which lead to the outcome we really loved.

We used Sam and his team at Home Nice Remodeling for updating our kitchen, secondary bath, tile flooring throughout much of the house, widening openings in walls and painting the interior of the home. Sam's team and his business partners (sub-contractors) where a pleasure to work with. Sam's team did a "bang-up job" on the demo and other items they were tasked with. Contractors for the most part showed up when they said they would and if they were delayed on another job they would let us know ahead of time and give us a new date. The electrical, plumbing, cabinet, and countertop fabricator/installer all get an A+ and did very professional work! The flooring tile installers only get a C+; we were installing large format tile and there were a few issues, however Sam made sure thing were made right and we ended up with satisfactory installation that we're happy with. They did an excellent job on installing the kitchen backsplash.

We looked at a lot of cabinets and Sam recommended Kemper and we are very happy we chose these! The design is great, they are working well, the installation went smoothly and there were no issues with color (which seems to be an issue on reviews of other products.) His team did a fine job on the design and made so good suggestions on under and in cabinet lighting.

Throughout the project Sam was as honest as one could hope for with a home remodeling contractor. We had a few change orders but nothing outside of what we would of expected; some of it due to additions we made. If any issues came up they were taken care of quickly without any arguments. We would certainly consider using Home Nice Remodeling if we have projects in the future!
