Earlier this week, after visiting more than 5 different plumbing parts companies, I had my first-time experience with R & R. I described my specific parts request and stated my intent to purchase a non-luxury replacement part. Their showroom is stocked with luxury specialty items!

John understood what I was after and he scoured his backroom and showroom floor cabinets (~ 15 minutes) for feasible alternatives. He presented two but they weren't exactly what I was looking for. He recommended a specific vendor ~7 minutes away.

New ownership is top notch. I love supporting small business businesses and they are a family that has really turned this place around. Lacey was very helpful and extremely pleasant to deal with. Plenty of products to choose from and very prompt delivery. As the needs arises, my wife and I will return for our plumbing needs.

Had carpet replaced with luxury vinyl.
Installers showed up on time, worked efficiently, cleaned up afterward, all old carpet hauled away.

I don't like the fact that the self checkout has been changed. The scanning guns get palmed by everyone. No way to sanitize them. Not very smart for cold and flu season
