Sam and Home Nice Remodeling have been fantastic to work with during our North Central Phoenix whole home remodeling 2023-2024 and added projects in 2025. Sam is very open and honest about what to expect and what he can do. We appreciated him meeting us in person to walk our home, take 3D pictures/model and meet with subcontractors to help in the design and construction process. At the start of demo, we met Sam onsite to meet and see all the subcontractors meeting together to go over the plans, make notes, ask questions - it was amazing to see the level of commitment to the project from Sam, his team, and all of his subcontractors. As well, Sam worked directly with our architect on multiple occasions for areas that needed slight changes once walls & ceilings were opened. We opened walls, put in a large beam for open concept kitchen/living/dining, converted outside porch into new interior entry, gorgeous shower/bath enclosure, plumbing & electrical ready for later glass wine enclosure, added half bath, re-configured 2 bedrooms and en suite bathrooms and more. Sam is very dedicated to his projects, confident in his work, and the work of his team of subcontractors. All of his team shows up when they say they are going to and get the work done with quality and kindness. Sam is also kind and trustworthy and does the right thing for your home. Because of this and the outstanding work on our home, he is also our friend. We are so glad we found Sam and Home Nice Remodeling for our home remodeling. We would recommend 100%.

This job was started in June 2021 it is now April 2022 I am still dealing with problems Run as fast as you can this company and the people are very unprofessional here’s pictures of mess they left as finished I have hired a drywall a plumber and the guy that put in my counter tops to clean up chalking job this what they left as a quality fished job

Manny was very helpful with resolving our septic plumbing issues. Very detailed in pre- determining what the issue may be. Highly recommend.

I had a unique experience with this company. I had interviewed 5 companies and then Manny came and quoted me a price that was out of my budget. He conveyed that he understood my problem( My husband has Alzheimers and the shower stall we had required him climbing over a 2 ft. wall.)As he was leaving, he said he really wanted to help me out and quoted a cheaper price that would of coarse not be the highest price shower, but would certainly suffice and he stated that they could have it done within the next three days.. Other companies had quoted 3 weeks to 2months out , so I was very grateful that he could simplify my life so quickly.
AJ and Guillermo showed up the next morning and dove into demolishing the old. They were neat, ran cloths through my house, put plastic barriers to the bedroom and they even switched the sprayer shower head to the other bathroom for temporary use.
As they were finishing, I noticed my drains very sluggish and mentioned it to Manny who immediately said he'd take care of it. This was not part of "the deal" but this and many other considerations were given to me out of the goodness of their hearts.
I would highly recommend this company as they do what they say and stand behind their work. My husband now has a useable, modern shower making my life much easier also. Thanks to the guys. Sharon Treasure

Twin experts did an awesome job on our flat roof. Manny Gonzales made the whole process effortless. His crew was polite and Manny put his finishing touches to make sure all was done correctly. We also got a video before and after which is nice touch. A+ company

SCOTTSDALE FRIENDS. This company is horrible and will scam you out of your money. We had them do work on our LA home and were given an extensive warranty on all work. Fast forward 5 years and they pulled a grifting stunt and refuse to honor it. Same owners who won’t even return our call. Seriously run away as fast as you can.
Wish I could give them zero stars.

Twin Home Experts recently completed a bathroom renovation for me. From the first meeting, as we decided on the look and feel of the new bathroom through the demolition, installation and to the final invoicing, EVERYTHING was handled with great professionalism and expertise. We reached out to inquire about a rodent situation at our home. They could have easily taken our money and ran (like most companies) but they were honest that our situation most likely didn't need the full service they offer. They offered advice and guidance. If our situation changes we know who to call to get the job done. If you've seen the Twin Home Experts on youtube you know the work they do with Rodents. They go above and beyond to get the job done.

I cannot say enough good things about Cody and his expertise. He was sent to my home by The Twin Home Experts. My water bill had quadrupled and I called the City guy out who told me that water was escaping from an unknown source in my sprinkler system. I then called a well known sprinkler service out to assess the issue and was told that as they could not find where the leak was coming from they would need to "replace the main line from the shut-off valve and reroute my sprinkler source" at a cost of $550.00. I then call The Twin Home Experts, who sent Cody. Within minutes of Cody arriving, he found that our sprinkler intake valve had been left on by accident, which was the cause of the "water leak." All he had to do was turn it off and "problem solved." Both my husband and I are elderly and on fixed incomes and as it only took Cody a few minutes to find the problem and turn off the intake valve he did not charge us for the visit. Bless you Cody for both your expertise and kindness! The Twin Home Experts is fortunate to have a service technician like you and The Twin Home Experts may be assured that their company is the one I will call for any plumbing issues in future.

We love twin home experts. They help with any plumbing job you could think of, and they've been out to our home several times. Manny is our go-to guy because he's nice, gets the job done efficiently and with no problems. If you are remodeling, do yourself a favor and Hire Twin Home Experts. We are remodeling our bathroom but wanted to save a few dollars and do as much of the work ourselves. We identified the shower floor as something we didn't know how to do to ensure the water drained properly and because we want a zero barrier walk in shower. Chad and his crew are doing the floor and some minor plumbing. Not only did he do what we paid him to do but he gave me a step by step walkthrough how to do the parts I am doing myself. He and his crew are very knowledgeable, very easy going and all around good guys! The work is outstanding quality!
