I would give Twin Home Experts MORE than the five stars for the workmanship on our new shower install. They removed a garden tub and old shower in the master bath and replaced it with a beautiful walk-in shower. Chad and Chris were punctual, easy to work with, and kept the work area clean throughout the entire process.

In my opinion, the company's willingness to keep us updated and reach out to us when necessary would earn zero stars. The initial bid was done December 11. At that time we were told that we would receive an install date right after the holidays. That never happened so I called after several weeks. To make a very long story shorter, I had to call multiple times before construction finally began on Monday, January 31. I did not mind the delay at all, but we felt they should have kept us informed.

The job was 99% done, but couldn't be completed because of a missing piece of glass. Chad told us about it, and told me they would be in touch the following week. Again, no communication from Twin Home, so I had to do the calling. I was told they would be here one specific morning and they never showed and never called, so after waiting for more than three hours, once again, I had to call. In the company's defense, my calls were always returned, but it was truly frustrating that I had to initiate all the contacts.

The job is finally complete and looks wonderful, and you can bet they are willing to contact us NOW for final payment! Interesting. In summary, we are happy with the end result, but I suggest Twin Home works on communicating with customers. It just shouldn't be that difficult and would be the "cherry" on top of their excellent remodel and plumbing skills.

The Twin Home Experts did an exceptional job with fixing a clogged drain that two other plumbing companies were unable to fix. Cody was an amazing technician that was on-time and very knowledgeable. He made sure that we understood what he was doing to fix the issue and was very honest with his assessment of the situation. He was very invested in helping to fix the issue while keeping costs affordable. Cody definitely went the extra mile when it came to the quality of service that you won't see from other technicians. We will absolutely be calling The Twin Home Experts and Cody again if we encounter any future plumbing issues.

I had both my shower’s remodeled a few years ago. They did the one shower first came out beautifully so had great expectations when they started my second. After the demo of the second shower One of the two workers had to go back to California for a family emergency, no problem, but the one guy left spoke no English, again no problem, he had just finished the first one so I assumed he know what was going on with the second. He started the retile, after the second day I noticed it looked off from the first, the tiles weren’t staggered, cuts were off which left almost a 2 inch gap from floor to the tile. Using my limited Spanish I asked how he was gonna fix that with him pointing to the grout. I’m no expert but visually it didn’t make sense so I called the project manager, chad I think his name was, explained the situation which he came by and even he wasn’t impressed with the project so far which he made him tear out and Start over. Project took a month to complete instead of the two weeks. But it doesn’t stop there

After a few weeks I notice the trim on the lip of the base was starting to pull away from the tile so I called the manager and he came
And fixed it, I don’t recall how much later I called him again to fix the situation yet again which he did and assured it would be ok moving forward. The same problem started again and I’ve called 3 more times to try to connect with someone with no response back.

My in-store flooring specialist, John, was fantastic. He gave me a written estimate and his personal extention for his desk for any questions or help. The measurement person that came to my home was professional and knowledgeable. And lastly the installer was fantastic. He did a great install of my carpet and was very kind. Thank you Home Depot professionals!

The delivery was a disaster, with a missed delivery-claiming that I was not home and showing a proof of attempted delivery at an unidentified address, then claiming that the heater was no longer available and that I would be receiving a refund. This was followed a day later by the actual delivery by two courteous and efficient workmen. By this time, I had to defer installation due to scheduling conflicts.
Installation went well, only taking one day with a knowledgable and competent installer. I was instructed about the unit's operation and now have a quiet and efficient heater.
Maybe the refund is still in the mail. 🤔

Home Depot sells water heaters and then uses what appears to be an outside subcontractor to do installations. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like the Home Depot employees know the full nature of this relationship nor is it easy to navigate through the subcontractor's requirements in order to determine what the cost is by buying the water heater through Home Depot versus buying it through the subcontractor or having the subcontractor pick it up at Home Depot and deliver it for their installation. All very complicated and likely not worth the effort.

The experience was really great, the treatments turned out really well. I am very happy I chose to go with Home Depot for the work.

We had carpet installed in our condo & it was a very easy process. The installers got right to work, stopped and answered any questions we had. They cleaned up afterwards & moved all our furniture back.

Replaced carpet with vinyl plank flooring. The installers arrived each day on time, were very cordial, worked diligently, and did a very nice job. Installation was supposed to take 4 days but they had the work completed in 3 days. A small issue on the stairs was resolved quickly.

Whoever runs the front desk/"associates", especially the younger males, are extremely rude and lazy, and time after time again they'll set the phone down on the counter while they chat with their "associate" buddies, and then they'll put you on hold on and off again without telling you, and eventually just hang up on you. The only professionals in this store are the 50+ age employees, everyone younger than that is awful in the 7 years I've lived here. Finally moving onto Ace.

I have had the worst experience with Home Depot's door services. We ordered a custom door that was supposed to be delivered on June 9th. It was sitting in their warehouse beginning May 26th and they did not even call to tell us it was available until June 2nd. Then the service company, Greencraft, was supposed to install our door came out for the installation only to find out we had lead in the door frame. First of all, a lead test should have been done at the time of the estimate. Secondly, they told us they would call us first thing Monday morning to reschedule since it would take all day to install the door now. Well on Monday we did not hear anything from Greencraft. Tuesday, I called and left a voicemail. Never heard back. At the end of the day, I decided to call once more and they finally answered only to tell us our project had been cancelled. THANKS FOR THE NOTICE! I called Home Depot to tell them our issue and they told us to come in for a refund. Well the lady at the service desk was extremely polite and apologetic even though it was not even her fault. However, they could not find our door at this point and she promised to call us back the next day and offer us $50 off our door + free delivery once they found the door. The next day arrives and we never hear from them. So I call them the following day and our door is out to be returned and we will not even get our door now. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. NEVER USE HOME DEPOT FOR ANY INSTALLATION SERVICES!!

never ever get anything installed from this circus. i made the mistake of getting blinds and a front door ordered at the same time. blinds arrived about 2 weeks after i paid for them. installer came and 2 windows were the wrong size one window had not been measured. no big deal. takes 3 weeks to get the reorder. installer comes wrong hardware on the 2 windows and wrong size on other window. numerous calls go unreturned. no one showing the slightest care they they keep screwing up. front door arrives a few weeks later. installer shows up 3 hours late. unpacks door that has a huge gash in one door. installer installs doors anyway. tells me they will just replace the one door later. when i went to the store 4 days later no one had ordered a new door or even knew about the problem. i was told by someone they would get back to me. after no call i called a few days later and finally got a new door ordered. a month later on the day of install, 20 mins after they were supposed to be here i get a call that the new door is messed up another 3 weeks. amazing how such a large company can mess up so many times and no one held accountable. ill never use homedepot for anything again after this nightmare

Installers were very professional and efficient. Friendly and great workers.

The estimate I got to repair under warranty, mind you, was twice as much as the next highest bid. As a result I can’t rate the quality of their work.

I was about to get paint for an exterior paint job at another Home Depot.
I did not feel that the associate at the paint desk was on the best day.
So I remember this store, and I drove 20 min out of my way to come to this location.
I am always glad with the outcome of the color match in particularly. Plus, the treatment of the associate at the paint department was outstanding from other stores. Patient and kind and knowledgeable.
Now, I got my paint and am ready to do my project.

Western States Flooring installed our new carpet. Prompt, friendly, efficient, excellent job. Lorraine at the Talking stick Home Depot is excellent. She has helped us with multiple remodeling projects offering invaluable advice and ideas.

Carpet installers were great. Very kind and thorough, followed instructions pretty well and communicated as they went along. They were super helpful in moving furniture out of the way. Would recommend or use again.
