Neil was great to work with. Our exterior outlets were not working. He came over within 24 hours (on a weekend!!!) fixed the issue and explained the problem. He was prompt, friendly and quick.

We had a series of issues with our internet and electrical outlets. We were in a tight situation with family coming in town and now my misters, fridge and internet were down. Neil was able to move things around in his busy schedule to get to us by the next morning. He quickly and effectively figured out the issue. Was able to get my fridge and internet up and running. Great experience and special call out to owner, Neil. Had a time sensitive issue that needed to be fixed. I called on a mid afternoon, went over issue, and he was onsite next morning at 9a with parts in hand. Wow! Neil was professional, thorough, walked me through the entire process and completed the job quickly and neatly. Neil is now our “go to” and highly recommend.

I called 2 other electrical services first, slow response and delays in providing needed help! I called Neil at Sparks By Rabbit and he provided professional input to my problem over the phone. I had installed a new replacement GFCI SWITCH near my kitchen sink; however, I did not like what I saw for wiring inside junction box. Neil agreed to come and check it out. He was at my house within the hour. He checked the wiring and found 2 burned wire nuts on internal connections and fixed both problems immediately. He also looked at breaker box and provided professional details of some improvements.

His price for handling my emergency was very reasonable!

Neil did a great job installing a new light and two additional outlets at a very fair price. It was quick, clean, and turned out well. I’d definitely hire them again for any other electrical work!

Neil recently replaced our water heater timer, removed our doorbell transformer, checked several outlets, and replaced an old light switch. I added the light switch at the last minute, and Neil was kind enough to make an extra trip to get the part and complete the job. All work was performed professionally and efficiently. The cleanup was perfect, with old parts neatly organized and boxed, and Neil took the time to patiently answer all of our questions. I highly recommend Sparks by Rabbit for any electrical needs.

His work was amazing!! He was clean, friendly, and very patient with me while I tested out multiple heights of my pendants! We recently hired Sparks By Rabbit for a major job: they performed a heavy-up and brought our old house's Edison-era wiring into the 21st century, including installing new outlets where none had been, removed old fluorescent bulb fixtures (replaced with slim can lights), installed electric to replace all gas fixtures, a new dedicated circuit for reptile enclosures, and general internal rewiring (including pig-tailing).
