The guys from Castle came here.They did a detailed assessment, And with their expertise came up with a plan that saved both time and money during my EV charger install. They coordinated with John back at headquarters and he provided me with a quote that was right on the money. It was clear that this was not their first time doing it.They were efficient, clean and accommodating to my needs.I highly recommend the team Rob and Braydin at Castle.

Had Castle install 2 EV chargers at 2 different locations. Also installed a new GFCI outlet in the bathroom. Fast service and attention to detail. John and his team go to 11. Across the board 11. Highly recommend!

Robert and Braydin installed an EV charger at our home today. They were very courteous and professional. We got three bids before going with Castle. The cost was fair (not the cheapest or most expensive) and the whole process was very simple. I like that they were trusted by several neighbors for their work and include a two year warranty. I will definitely think of them for future electrical work.

John from Castle Electric was super helpful in answering all my questions about installing my home EV charger. He couldn’t have made it more simple getting everything scheduled to getting the permits. He did it all. When it came to the actual installation, Robert did an excellent job installing the home EV charger. His 30 years of experience shown through. I highly recommend Caste Electric.

Castle Electrical did a superb job installing my Tesla home charger. I had waited 3 months with one contractor who couldn't get the city to issue the work permit from the city of Phoenix and another 2 months with Hobaica who does not get permits from the city for electric chargers so they wasted my time while never getting the permit. Castle Electrical came in and got the permit approved in 3 days! They came and did the work in 2 hours! Now *THAT* is a professional who knows what they're doing! I wish I had found Castle Electrical sooner! I will not go anywhere else for any electrical work needed. So impressed with their efficiency and knowledge! Thank you!!!

I can’t not have enough good things to say about Castle Electric. We needed a panel upgrade for an EV charger, we reached out and John responded right away. He immediately started permits for SRP and the city and had a project date in more than half the time we were quoted by other companies. Robert and Braydin came out for the day scheduled and got to work not a minute past the time they said they would be there. They started at 6:30am and estimated being done by 5pm… they were done before my daughters nap. They were knowledgeable and great to work with! Glad we can finally charge our EV!

John from Castle Electrical was nothing short of phenomenal to work with! We needed a Tesla charger and Exterior plug installed, but over a video chat to assess the situation (which was way more convenient than setting up a time for someone to come out and quote in person-extra points for that!) he realized we needed to add a sub panel to support it. A week later he was out to do the job and it was done very neat and professionally. Everything was clean when they left and our charger works perfectly! He even helped reroute a wire for our softener at no extra charge, which was super helpful and kind. Oh and they are competitive on pricing too. I know who to contact the next time I need electrical work done. Thanks!

Needed an EV outlet and charger installed in an older home, and Castle did an amazing job. Found their website on the weekend, texted them, and got all the details and a quote sorted out in the next few days. Robert and Braydin showed up right on time and got the work done flawlessly. We had other electrical project we had been considering, and we're now planning to do it all with Castle.

I needed a wall charger installed for an electric car. I reached out to John M and he was responsive even well past normal working hours. Due to some travel plans, John was able to quickly fit me into his calendar. He was super friendly and got the job done quickly. No surprises on the billing. Robert and Braydin are the best. Pleasant demeanor, professional and efficient. They completed the job quickly and cleaned up after themselves. This is unusual as most contractors DO NOT clean up behind themselves and tend to leave the environment worse than before. I would highly recommend them to anyone that wants courteous professionals. I was looking to upgrade and replace my 40+ year old electrical panel at my house to accommodate for a Tesla Wall Charger and by luck I contacted Castle Electrical & Lighting plus a couple of other contractors recommended by Tesla. I decided to go w/CE&L for its competitive bid. John came out did the initial estimate and the subsequent scheduling and permit application w/the city. The actual installation was done about 3 weeks later by Robert and Braydin which took about 7 hours to complete w/a brief power shut down by APS during the installation. The whole process was seamless and transparent. CE&L offered competitive pricing, great service and fine workmanship! I'm glad to have used their service. Highly recommended from a happy customer! Absolutely incredible experience with John and his team. I got a Tesla and needed to install the home charger. I got a quote from a different company who said my panel was too full so they’d have to add another panel and then go over the roof…blah blah blah…said it was gonna be 9k!! My friend reccomended Castle Electric and they came out, he evaluated it, found a simple solution for the crowded panel, and provided me a quote that was 1/4 the cost of the other company. They came out the following week and it took them 2 hours to install it beautifully. I am so impressed with this company and also grateful they were honest and clearly more educated than anyone else. 10/10 would reccomend for an EV install or anything else you may need!

Absolutely great company! 5 Stars for being responsive, punctual, respectful, skilled, efficient, friendly, and affordable. They came in today with a laundry list of tasks from us, and knocked them out quickly (after taking time to properly "plastic wrap" the house and ask clarifying questions so that we were all on the same page). They cleaned as they went, took away the old fixtures and hardware, and just provided a totally pleasant experience!

Great install experience for a tesla home charger. John came out and quoted a fair price beforehand after a friend recommended Castle Electric. He did a really great job, I would recommend them!
