I reached out to John from Castle Electrical & Lighting on the recommendation of our sales person, Omar at the car dealer. John asked me to take numerous photos of the garage, inside and out as well as the roof line, electrical panel and charger. We already had a feeling we wouldn't be able to add the charger to our existing panel. John asked if we had any appliances like an oven, range or dryer powered by gas to use that circuit breaker to save us money on installing a subpanel. Unfortunately they were all electric. I appreciated John's honesty in trying to save us some money. John was able to schedule us for the install for that week. Travis, the tech was out promptly at 7:15 AM and worked all morning and even found time to explain some of the features of the EV car and charger. I was very pleased with Castle Electrical and highly recommend them!

Castle installed and upgraded an all new panel (had one from the dark “electrical” ages) along with an RV outlet, disconnect for a mini split and did a fantastic job updating my electrical panel so I can add more goodies down the road. Robert and Braydin did a great job with everything and communication was top notch. I look forward to working with Castle on a couple other projects in the near future.

Robert and Braydin were AMAZING! Not only were they friendly, but the level of efficiency and quality of their work caught me off guard. I couldn’t believe how fast they finished installing my Tesla Wall Connector. Their entire visit barely lasted 20 minutes and in that time, they were able to confirm where I wanted it installed, explain the process, fully install and test the wall connector, clean up after themselves, then be on their way. I used Castle to install a 240/50 receptacle for my car charger and add a 3-way switch for an overhead light. They did a great job and provided great value. I highly recommend.

John installed my Tesla wall charger. They already had the charger new, so no need to order separately. Set up was easy, scheduling was fast and convenient, and the price was more than reasonable. We had settled on an arrival time of 12-2pm, but John’s tech was running behind on another job so John came out himself right away, and still met the agreed upon time. This kind of accountability you don’t get much these days. I would recommend John and Castle Electrical highly!
