He came out multiple times for the bid and follow-up work, and every time he was on time, friendly, and professional. His entire team was just as impressive—courteous, respectful of my home, and clearly committed to doing quality work. They were incredibly thorough and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Replaced both entire HVAC system and also water heater. Great company! Both office and technical staff were excellent! Professional, well trained and knowledgeable. Did a neat, clean and efficient job of removal and install. Prices quoted were good value and they stand by their quotes- no extra charges. Couldn't be more pleased- I'd highly recommend them!

UPDATE: I decided to replace my two AC units through AMERICAN HOME. There was some initial confusion regarding my order, but they took full responsibility and made it right. They came out and did a beautiful job replacing my units and I could not be happier with their service.

4/4/24: Omar fixed a leaky shutoff valve in one of our bathrooms. This is the second time that Omar has done work for us - he always does an excellent job! Thank you, Omar and AHWA.

Will showed up right on time today for our bi-annual HVAC check up. He asked if I had any concerns (I didn't) and then got busy checking everything out. When it was all done he went over the results with me (he took a ton of photos with his cell phone) and took care of the faulty capacitor that needed to be replaced, and even asked if I wanted him to replace my filters. I use AHWA for my water heater, water softener and heat pumps and they are always professional and fair. You won't regret using them.

I've had a water heater and water softener installed previously by this company, as have my parents. I had an appointment for 3 things to be done, I had to provide the part for one of them. The carrier failed to deliver it the day before the appointment so during the appointment we started with the 2 other things hoping the part would arrive in time for the third. It almost didn't, the technicians were talking out front about to leave when it showed up. They didn't know I saw and heard, but when the delivery truck pulled one told the other that that's the part arriving and they should go. I called the company within minutes and they said they'd call the technician. After a brief hold they said they've gone on to their next job, which I know was a lie because they told me I was the last of their day. I emailed the complaint, and 3 business days without a response I called. They said they'd get back to me, that was 5 business days ago. To make it worse the RO under sink system they installed is leaking.

Max Sear from American Home Water and Air stopped by today to diagnose and replace the brine tank for our water softener system. Max was professional to a “t” and we really appreciate his help. We’re had great service and responsiveness from American Home Water and highly recommend their products and services.

The HVAC technician Will was a well mannered and looked into concerns we had. I started using this company for my RO and water softner needs nearly 6 years ago. I started using their HVAC service a few years ago and haven't been dissapointed. Highly recommend.
