They installed our soft water system about a year ago. Has worked great so far and they come out and service it at no charge. Our rep/technician was very professional and courteous.

My technician Loius Yazzie was very professional. He arrived right at the beginning of my 4 hour window and successfully installed a new R/O faucet. I like using American Water because they build their own R/O unit and every year they replace the filter and make sure the pump is working properly. My guests always comment that my water dispenser has such strong pressure and clean tasting water. I have used them for the last 5 years and they are reputable and trustworthy.

The tech Fidel arrived in the time frame for the appointment, did the filter replacement quickly and professionally and let me know about a future potential issue.

Jorge and Sam installed a new tankless water heater system for us and they were fantastic. Friendly and professional, and great attention to detail. We have used AHWA in the past for our soft water and R/O systems and the company has never disappointed.

Higi did a great job installing our RO and water softener systems. He was very thorough with what was happening and how everything worked. He was on time and professional. He walked me through how to use everything and what to do if there were any leaks. Price was very reasonable and I’m looking forward to not having calcium buildup on everything.

American Home Water & Air is by far the best. I have been using them for over 8 years for all my water needs. Water Heater, Water Softener, Reverse Osmosis, and plumbing needs like garbage disposal. Every person that has done work in their company is professional and very knowledgeable.

Higi did an amazingly quick and clean replacement of my garbage disposal. He gave me great advice on what would work best with our kitchen lifestyle and gave me options in a lot of price ranges. I appreciate the entire team and all the work they have done for us over the last few years. I highly recommend American Home. You will never have a bad experience with this company.

I am impressed with the RO installation service I received today from Max S.. He is fast, efficient, professional, neat and clean. Plus, I would like to commend Katie who spent time with me on the phone yesterday, explaining the installation process. I am a happy customer!

Today Fidel and Robert visited and checked our system. They noted that the water pressure in the house was elevated (very important to fix) and installed a new valve to take care of the problem. Thx

We woke up to a leaky water heater at 5:30 this morning. Called AHWA at 7:30 and Fidel was here with a new water heater at 9:00. He did excellent work and was finished in a little over 2 hours. He cleaned everything before leaving. He is an excellent communicator too. Thanks for a jog well done!

Our technician was very professional and polite. He had honest answers and would recommend using in the future. Our problem wasn't something they normally do so no work was done. We have been a customer for several years and will continue using American Home Water in the future.

Had my RO unit annual service performed today. Max sent a text with photo in advance of arrival, arrived on time and provided excellent service. He finished everything quickly and efficiently, leaving the work area spotless. Very pleased to be working with American Water & Air.

Higi, our technician arrived and completed our water heater drain and flush. We appreciate the education he provides to his customers. We also had a new faucet installed in our laundry tub. The workmanship is outstanding and he is meticulous with his clean up. Customer service is alive and well with the service we receive.

Just purchased an air conditioning system and was very impressed with the service received. Will Elizalde was dedicated and determined to make sure the service was solid. Vernon Kea replaced my thermostat the next day and was determined not to leave until I was happy and things were done to my satisfaction. Very professional.

American Home Water and Air came back the next week on their own and not with me asking them to, in order to make sure things were done well and correctly. That is a nice feature offered by the company. Would use the Company for future projects.

Andrew was efficient & friendly. He kept me in the loop with what he was doing. He came to change the filters in my RO system. While he was here he was able to look at my water softener, it had been making noise. He diagnosed the issue. He called the office & verified that it was covered under my warranty. He fixed the water softener too.

I bought a water softener in 2012 from American Home Water and Air. It finally gave up and I had a new one installed of the same model The President on 1-22-24. Omar Walters was the technician. He answered all my questions and was very helpful as I watched him do the initial setup. I give Omar a 10 out of 10 rating. He represents American Home Water and Air in a manner that encourages me to continue doing business with this company.

Had a system installed a few years back and had some complications arise with it. One call to them and they sorted us out with a service appointment within a few days and handled the entire issue. Omar was helpful and patient explaining how we can also be more proactive in our service of the system. We would definitely recommend them to those looking for water treatment options.

I've had their Presidential Soft Water System for
9 years. I've only called them twice to check the system. They replaced the tank once without any hassle.
