I had an amazing experience with Motivated Air! They installed a mini split air conditioner in my master bedroom, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The team was professional, on time, and knew what they were doing.
The installation was clean and efficient, and they took the time to explain how everything works before they left. The difference in comfort is incredible, my bedroom cools down quickly and stays cool.

We are very pleased with the rapid and straightforward way in which our new install took place. Outdoor unit incredibly quiet compared to the 5 year old system it replaced.

Wasted time and now I need to chase after Wooding for a refund for a service they were unable to provide.

I operate rental properties and AC went out with guests at the property. Based on reviews, proximity to the propety, and hours showing they were open, I called Wooding requesting same day (Sunday) emergency service. The advised they could service the AC between 1-4on. 3 hours later I get a text from a tech saying "Not sure why after hours call takers said we will be out today, we don't run calls on Sundays". I ask to have a refund processed and am told I need to go to the office for that. Now no answer at the same number I called earlier. The bigger issue is now my guests are impacted longer as I then needed to find another service company.

If you aren't open on Sundays, change your hours. If you can't provide Sunday service, train your call team and there is clearly a system issue if they were able to put me on the schedule for the day and time.

I'll give them 2 stars as at least I got a text from a tech vs a no show.

I have never been this happy with a repair company. Wooding Air Conditioning & Heating was great from start to finish, from the first phone call to the finished work. Alan exceeded my expectation in all aspects. He did a great job and made sure the job was done right. Will definitely use this company again in the future.

The price was unbeatable. Customer service was great. The installation process was seamless. The two installers were amazing and knew exactly what they were doing. They gladly walked me through the installation process and even educated me on the functionality of the Air conditioner. Excellent experience from start to finish. The technicians arrived within the scheduled window and were ready to work right away. They were there to address an issue with our system not heating evenly across the house. After a thorough inspection the tech determined that a couple of vents needed adjusting and one zone damper was not operating correctly. The repairs were completed in about two hours and the differance in comfort throughout the house was noticeable that same evening. The technician took the time to explain how the zoning system works and what signs to watch for if the issue recurs. The bill was consistent with the estimate and the service was efficient and professional. We appreciated the clear communication throughout the visit and the fact that they did not try to add unnecessary services to the appointment.

We’ve used Total Pro on two projects and both Dylan and Jeff delivered first rate work and customer service. Justin provided maintenance on our hvac system and was terrific.

Just had my first Maintenance on the mini split system installed last spring. I cannot say enough about the customer service. The tech Justin came on time and walked me through what he was going to be performing, he changed the filters and kept me informed. Jeff called and followed up after Justin finished and confirmed the mini split met all the manufacturers spec and we where good to go. Pleasure working with both.

Total Pro A/C extremely professional, great communication, up front pricing, they do what they promise and job well done.

I must give Total Pro A/C 5 stars. I was desperate to have my a/c unit repaired before it gets hot. I was told by another well known a/c company I had a short in my condo wall going up two floors to the roof and would need walls in units above mine to be ripped open to find electrical short. I kept thinking this can't be so I went on google and did my due diligence in deciding on Total Pro A/C and speaking to Jeff. He just told me flat out we will get you cold air before it gets hot without running wires in walls and punching holes in wall. Jeff sent out Justin who was a godsend and was able to find bad wiring and new motors and capacitors and thermostat to fix problem. Total Pro A/C is as good as it can get in the A/C maintenance and repair business. We will use them in my wife's business also Thank you Jeff and Justin

Made appointment, tech showed up on time and conducted the inspection professionally and quickly. And best of all, there was no attempt to upsell! I’m very happy with this company!
