Jeff & Dylan of total pro ac are just that! Totally professional and offer the highest degree of quality/customer service at a very competitive price point. I used them for my casita project and they installed a Mitsubishi mini split. Wasn't the easiest project at is was in historic phoenix but they had the patience to go along with the service. I recommend them and plan to use them on my next project. Great job guys!

Total Pro A/C totally came to the rescue! Our A/C went out on a Saturday night when temps were in the 100's. They made time to come out to the house on a Sunday and got our A/C up and running in no time. They are professional, honest, and saved the day for this family.

Incredible service! Cold season hit and we tried turning on our heater but it just blew outside temp, I was worried we had to replace the unit. Total Pro sent someone out same day, diagnosed the problem in minutes (bad fan motor on our condenser) and we were lucky enough he had one on the truck so it was replaced and working fine in no time at all, at a very fair price. Super happy with the service, timing and price.

The absolute BEST! I have been a real estate broker for 15 years and have used so many HVAC companies. There's ALWAYS DELAYS. Because we were fighting with a home warranty company, we had no A/C for 45 days in 115 degree weather!!! (Luckily we had a 2nd A/C unit). We sold the house and were closing in 2 days. I had to have a new A/C unit installed immediately. I called Jeff at around noon on a Monday and the new unit was installed on Wednesday....at $1,000 less than the other quotes I got. SO FAST. This is the best AC company to use!! When you call you speak with the owner who is super knowledgeable and kind. All the AC companies in the valley really do take advantage of the Arizona weather and make you pay the price to get cold air.
