AHWA replaced my 5-stage water filters. Their appointment system provided a notice and a tracker for the technician’s arrival. They also provided his photo. The technician, Omar, was professional, knowledgable and quick. All around it was a good experience.

Steve was a great technician, my AC went out on a 110 day and he came by within 2 hours of my call, was very friendly and had everything fixed and back on his way within an hour. Kudos to this company and kudos to Steve for a job well done.

Steve was very thorough, professional and timely. Only complaint would be he is the 3rd technician to recommend yet another air filter, wish they all could be on the same page. He helped me out big time with the ecobee thermostat.

Tim was very thorough in performing my annual A/C maintenance. I have used AHWA for 10 years, they have installed my A/C and furnace as well as my water softener and reverse osmosis system. They are very reliable, great customer service and technician service.

Just moved in and decided to have my soft water system serviced. Omar arrived and did what he could to try and get it working but was unable. No worries, he was able to replace the u it on the spot got me back up and running in little time. Omar was thorough, knowledgeable and professional! I definitely would use American Home Water and Air for all my soft water needs.

Omar installed their President water softener. He advised me on the system our home needed. He did a very thorough job installing it and left the place neat and clean. He also explained everything about its maintenance, its 10-year parts and labor warranty and patiently answered all my questions. He was on time for the appointment and spent as much time as needed to complete the installation and hauling away the old water softener and piping. On the whole a very good experience. I like to use this company for my HVAC and water heater and filtration needs.

One of my best experiences in dealing with a plumbing contractor. Wish I had found them sooner. I needed a new softener and RO system. My previous units were 27 years old! Ironically, they were installed American! I had no idea. In any event, pricing was great and Jorge was awesome. Quick, clean, and always smiling! I am simply delighted in how well this went. Jorge Mora took care of all our needs. We were very pleased with him doing a thorough job. He replaced our kitchen faucet and removed the old one plus a sprayer. He was very kind, personable, professional and courteous. We would definitely recommend him!

Fast friendly service

I've been using these guys for quite a few years now. Technically very good and they keep on top of my system with their 6 monthly services. Usually, one of two technicians who come around to do their cleaning and checking. I'm so glad I chose this company to install my 2 big AC units. They also installed a particle reduction / Ozone filtration system in the air intakes, and this has helped reduce my wife's allergy problems.

Great service! Responded quickly and had someone come out the same day. Higi was professional and very knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and helped with recommendations to keep my water system in good working order. I will definitely use AHWA again for any plumbing issues.

Steve Rice was my technician for my scheduled service. Steve was very professional, and now I am assured that my system has been properly maintained. I welcome Steve back to perform my service anytime. He is highly competent as have all my technicians from AHWA have been.

I had a unit installed on January 26, 2024 by Max. I was very pleased with his professionalism and customer care. Over the weekend I discovered two small leaks. One call later Fidel was dispatched and tightened all hoses and repaired a leak that came from the old line.
I was very pleased with their quick response and the performance of my new system. I strongly recommend them and will continue to utilize their services in the future.

Jorge, our tech was great! He replaced the parts we were having problems with, and our water tastes so much better. We have used American Home Water for years. They do good work and don't over charge. I definitely recommend them.

Trey was very good, very polite. We are new customers and it appears we will be a customer for sure. Very comprehensive visit and we're very satisfied!

3/5/25. Just tried their plumbing, Omar was great!!! AHWA keeps the hits going. 7 stars!!

Installation of our new water softener and R/O was great, plus he was able to add a charcoal filter to remove the chlorine despite the extra unplanned charge. He also took his time to checkout the tight placement of the R/O storage container so that we could fit everything back under our kitchen sink. He removed the filter from our fridge too since our old R/O has been connected to the fridge for 14 years. Geraldo was an excellent installer.

Fidel was one of the best technicians That is install the water softener He does very clean work he is very conscientious of what he does I would recommend him and this company to anyone want to water softener

Higi came out to my home today to educate me on my whole house water system. I am new to the area, so wanted to understand the water in Arizona in addition to
how the system works that his company installed. He was very knowledgeable and went through step-by-step on the various system functions. I had a lot of questions, so I was very appreciative of how patient he was!

We have worked with American Home Water and Air multiple times and enjoyed our experiences with them. When we had to replace our water heater they were able to come out quickly and offer a fair price. Most recently we had a water pressure issue that Masun came out and resolved. We appreciated the time he took to check everything, resolve the issue, and cover some additional questions we had. He was very friendly and easy to work with.

I have used this company for several years. They are the best! I now request Omar each time. Always prompt and professional. I have hot water tank drained each year and filters changed in RO system and check the soft water system. Great company and great technician. Highly recommend.

I had a Navien NPE-240A2 tankless water heater installed (previously we had a traditional 75 gallon natural gas heater installed by a different company). Also had a new water softener and new reverse osmosis system installed (both were 13 years old and installed by AHWA).

Fidel Sanchez was the technician and installed all 3 items in under 6 hours. He and his partner Danny were efficient and courteous and explained everything in full. He answered all of my questions in detail and I am very pleased with the work! Highly recommend!
