We were having a bunch of problems with our AC and we had a different company come out, 2 weeks later we had the same problems. We decided to try a new company and Jared came out, and fixed absolutely everything. It’s been 3 weeks now and there has been no problems. Jared was so polite and quick with the job.

Came over right after I hot off the phone with the company. He assessed the situation and briefed on what he needed to do to rectify the situation. He minimized the time he had to shut the watter off and kept my family aware. Before he left my house he walked me through everything he did as well as answered all questions I had. If I ever need a plumber again, I know who to call.

Called for a dishwasher install and they sent Danny who swiftly removed old and installed new one He was friendly and professional. Checked my outside faucets and fixed the leaky one. Very pleased with his service and promptness.

Ron was fantastic. He probably had the most difficult emergency shut off valves to get off but he did. We tried somebody else the day before and they gave up on it pretty quickly. Ron on the other hand said he could do it, and he did a fantastic job. Would recommend him again.

I've used other companies and none had the courtesy promptness or time management that the technician with Cactus exhibited. I'm very grateful to Dan and Cactus Plumbing for their service and highly recommend them. If possible ask for Dan. He really made the experience and showed off the company in a great light I am very happy with their services.
