Every time I have Compass Air, it’s been a fantastic experience!! …Matt is wicked smart, and awesome to work with!!

Ryan came out today and spent a little over an hour on my a/c which was not working. He was pleasant, knowledgable and went what I consider to be above and beyond and maybe more importantly, a gentleman. He explained everything to me on a level which I could understand. NO HIGH PRESSURE. Just GOOD SERVICE. I will recommend this business to everyone who needs their a/c worked on. My sincere thanks to Compass and RYAN.

Service was quick and easy. Able to fix the issue with my air conditioner not working. They let me know when they would arrive and were prompt and helpful. Got fixed the same day and was super helpful. I will definitely be working with them again in the future for all my AC issues.

I used them for the first time today for basic service of my AC and I was happy with the service. They answered the phone last Saturday when I called to schedule which I really appreciate. They called on Monday to confirm the appointment and they came ahead of schedule and they were professional. I found them through the AC manufacturer website. I’m happy with the service today and I scheduled my next appointment with them for six months.

Compass Air came for my annual service and was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and at a very fair price! Their employees wore show covers inside my home and cleaned up after themselves. I was very impressed. Highly recommend to anyone!

From the communication from the office for scheduling to Ryan the tech coming to my home, the service was excellent. Ryan didn’t mind me looking over his shoulder while he worked and he was very knowledgeable in answering the questions I had.

The owners, Sean and Matt have both been to my home and provided service. They do excellent work and charge very fair prices. They both communicate very well about what they are doing and why. No upsell pressure at all and very honest. I would highly recommend, and have recommended, Compass Air to anyone in need of maintaining, repairing, or replacing your HVAC unit.

AC was out for hot minute, and home warranty had a company scheduled and they flaked and rescheduled for another week out, they sent another company and they said we needed a new unit and here's the price, call my brother jaime tejada, and he referred me to compass air, called and they heard what happened and Matt came the same day and looked at it and gave the quote for the new system, Matt was very empathetic and loaned us a portable ac to help with atleast a room being cool, Cindy is awesome for working with me and today Sean and helper was prompt and got the unit installed, was very professional and got the job done, I'm very grateful for compass air, now my sons and dogs, are cooling off and now I can get some good sleep , thank you COMPASS AIR, A++++ company

Compass Air is absolutely professional, honest, and experts. We have had numerous units installed by Compass Air and have no complaints whatsoever. Matt is an excellent communicator. We found Compass Air and they responded quickly and had a tech at our home in a couple hours. Matt was wonderful! He fixed the issue, showed us what had happened, educated us on the particulars of AC systems in condos in Scottsdale (there are some unique needs compared to our primary home), and installed the Ecobee thermostat we brought with us.

We’d highly recommend Compass Air and won’t hesitate to have Matt back if needed.
