I've had great experience with your company. I had asked you to look at the A/C unit that has failed and you proposed a new system in lieu of fixing the old. However I was able to find a technician that was able to fix the old system and it now works properly. I had (and was) intending to continue utilizing your company for our A/C and heating needs but seemed to give me the cold shoulder and I never heard from you again even though I had thought I had scheduled your company for servicing our heaters (annual inspection) last fall. So I had to assume you didnt' like me as a client???

This is a score for ‘undecided’. We have not really had warm or cold weather since the installation. But the installation guys were great and I have full confidence that Nicole and team will resolve any issues. Please re-poll later this summer.

So, to replace the wine room cooler, one company quoted $11,200. Forbes did an excellent job with a quality cooling unit for $4400. Replaced house HVAC. Super qualified and nice employees and everything was done right and on time. These are my ‘go to’ people.

I was so glad to find Forbes for replacement/repair of our wine cellar refrigeration unit. Their professionalism and quality workmanship were outstanding. When you call looking for help on this type of thing you only get one other name, but I was so happy I persisted and found Forbes. Once my current HVAC maintenance agreement is expired I intend to work with them on that in the future.

Had dealt with several other hvac companies with an issue with a wine room chiller. After several attempts to repair a new unit that was installed only six months prior that
was still not working properly had that company come back and remove unit. I had Forbes come in and make a recommendation on the proper unit to be installed. They came in installed the unit and I have had zero problems since that time. Also, at that time, one of the home HVAC units went down and had forbes replace it as well. They did a great job and would highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs.
