would not recommend this company. My experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. The service I received was unprofessional, and I was treated very poorly throughout the process. Instead of resolving my issue properly, the company left me feeling ignored and undervalued as a customer.

Looking back, I truly regret not going with a larger and more reputable company. I feel that a bigger company would have handled the situation with more professionalism, accountability, and care for their customers.

Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere for service.

Out AC wasn’t cooling. I called Forbes Refrigeration and HVAC and they were out the same afternoon. No same day charge, no extras. They installed the capacitor and they checked the second unit, and off they went. When they were complete, they sent me a full report with color photos of everything. Their Technician was unbelievably friendly. If you are in North Scottsdale, there isn’t a reason you shouldn’t call Forbes first. Their office and home are both up here. I have been hunting for good AC contractor, I am surely have found them.

Forbes showed up on time. The technicians did a great job of installing the AC/heating unit on top of the roof and they wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the job. The price was very fair.

Compass Air has been wonderful to work with! Matt helped me previously with emergency repairs and worked late until the system was up and running. Since then he has earned my loyalty and Compass Air is the only one I use for repairs and maintenance for my system now. Matt is knowledgeable, very personable, professional, and great to work with. I normally don’t leave reviews but these guys are great and super professional! I have had them do both repairs and maintenance. Both Sean and Matt have worked on my units and they have been great!!! Had my ac go out twice and both times they were there the next day to work on it and fix it! I Highly recommend compass air!!

Sean was my technician. They arrived on time with notice ahead of schedule. Sean was experience, had a nice demeanor, he answered all my questions and fixed my unit just for the cost of the diag call because it wasn't a big issue! Scheduling was easy and convenient. I was able to get someone to my house with short notice. A text confirmation was sent for my appointment and I was given a 2 hour window of time which I appreciate bc some companies give 6 hour appointment timeframes and expect you to wait around all day. I also got a text when the technician was in route.

The tech was professional, thorough, the service was great, and the prices are reasonable. The issue was fixed quickly, everything was warrantied for a year, and they have a great maintenance program so now I don't have to worry about these things in the future.

Matt of Compass Air has been my go-to with any AC issues or regular maintenance for at least 4 years. Matt has serviced units at my home and apartment, plus my daughter’s apartment and I have referred relatives and friends to him. Always a very positive experience! Responsive, knowledgeable and honest. In fact Matt was originally referred to me by his previous employer - who had installed my units which were still under warranty - when they were unable to schedule me in. Matt had left to start Compass Air and he left on such good terms that they assisted his transition and they continue a strong relationship. That itself gave me confidence in his skills. Since then it has been clear to me that Matt has a passion for his trade including keeping up to date with industry trends and leading edge products. Always willing to spend the time to help me understand the problem and solution. A pleasure to speak to. Obviously I would highly recommend Compass Air!
