I’ve been using them for 10 years now and I’ve always had prompt caring and extremely knowledgeable service. Their prices are fair and I’d even go to say below competitors. Our A/C unit quit working, so we called a local company to check it out. They confirmed that we needed a new one, and gave us a quote, but said they didn't know how long it would take to get one. Our friends recommended Kyle. They gave us a quote, and it was about 25% less, and said they could install the new one at any time. They new unit was installed quickly and easily, and professionally. They came back a few days later to verify that everything was working ok, and made a few minor adjustments so that it would operate more efficiently. I was very satisfied with their work.

We were out of town and the kids said it was getting warm in the house. I called Kyle Wilson Heating and Cooling and they came out the next day and fixed it. And the price was extremely reasonable. They are very pleased.

Kyle AC has been nothing but amazing, they put in a new AC unit for us last summer and the Compressor went out a couple days ago they came out the same day after hours Diagnosed it and put in new compressor next morning. Jace is so professional, he explained everything in details. If you want honesty and reliable Kyle AC is your guy. I highly recommend this company. You responded quickly and requested a photo of the unit and the unit id plate. You gave us an estimate based on purchasing a unit as our unit needed to be replaced. Your price didn't change and very surprised as we had bad experience with 4 other air conditioning companies 2 of them are well known companies. Chose KWHC based on community reviews and recommendations. He came out on a Saturday to diagnose a leaking coil and did not charge a weekend rate. He replaced our coil with a better quality one, with a better warranty for the same price as originally quoted. Prompt, professional and honest. What more can you ask for?

Kyle was able to quickly come out and diagnose our issue and provide an estimate for the work to be done that was almost a quarter less than one of the larger companies in the Valley even with warranty still intact. His crew came in and quickly worked on the issue and were done before we knew it and we are back up and running again. Definitely recommend reaching out for any questions or issues.

I have been going to Kyle for AC issues for several years. There is something to be said about consistently providing excellent customer service, knowledgeable advice, and reasonable prices. When my AC stopped working Kyle diagnosed the problem, provided two options and when asked gave his opinion on the best option but left it up to me. He was able to install a new heat pump the same day. Awesome! I will never use anyone else for HVAC issues and highly recommend Kyle Wilson Heating and Cooling!

Kyle is a class act he is ALWAYS willing to answer questions about my AC. My husband and I switched our thermostat out a few months ago and had issues with wiring and he assisted through text after hours.

Then last night we couldn’t get our thermostat to trigger cold air. We figured the thermostat died. He made time today to come over and get it working when he had a booked day. He tried to walk me through it but it wasn’t working so he made time.

I can’t thank him enough for the time and attention he gave in my families time of need. I can’t recommend him enough!!!!
