This is at least the 3rd time I have used Kyle Wilson. Everyone is friendly, thorough and efficient. Their techs come out quickly and are very helpful. Jace came out recently and was so friendly and wonderful at explaining what exactly was going on with my unit. Their prices are very fair and I feel confident in recommending them to anyone!

Kyle and his team are honest, professional and very knowledgeable. I have used Kyle for two years for my HVAC related service needs. Most recently, my AC stopped working during our first 110+ degree day of the season, I booked right away and Kyle was able to accomodate me into the schedule very fast and fix it. Wow, I'm incredibly impressed with Kyle and Jace Wilson. I had purchased two mini split AC units while in Mexico, and Jace came by to install them. Unfortunately, one of the units wasn’t working. Driving back to Mexico, waiting for a fix, and then returning to Arizona just wasn’t practical.

These guys went way above and beyond to help me out. Kyle tapped into his supplier network and tracked down a new condenser unit. When it turned out to still be incompatible with the head unit, he sold me one at the manufacturer’s cost just to get me up and running. I even gave them extra money because the level of service was just that exceptional.

This is a great family-run company, and they've earned a customer for life and this unsolicited 5-star review.

My AC quit working Im a Thursday. I had 9 guests coming for dinner on Sunday. I emailed Kyle Wilson HVAC and stated my delima. Kyle himself came out the next morning Friday May 23. This was the beginning of Memorial Day Weekend. Kyle fixed my AC and he also installed a new thermostat which I can program from my phone, thus saving me money when I’m away. Kyle Wilson was professional, personable, efficient and very knowledgabl. I will certaimly use them in the future and I would Bev proud to refer them to my neighbors. Thanks for great service!

Kyle Wilson was so professional that he was recommended to us by friends. After numerous attempts with different AC companies, we contacted him. Way Cool Plumbing and Air was the AC company we had worked with previously, and each time they serviced our units, we received a hefty bill until our AC units broke down. I have four units in my home, and none of them were functioning. When they came in, I was presented with a $10,000 bill, which left me quite shocked, prompting me to look for other options. I called another company to see if they would provide the same assessment. They also stated that I need to run new wiring to the AC, and slammed me with a $15,000 bill and that’s it when I brought in Kyle, who assured me that there was no need for that and that my wiring was fine. He repaired all my units and was extremely professional. Thank you for your service. I will be using you again and recommending you to others.
