Kyle Wilson is extremely trustworthy, accurate in his assessments, and reasonable and fair in his pricing. I will be using his company from now on.

I had been receiving winter and summer service from a local HVAC company that I won’t name. During their winter service call, they determined my heater wasn’t working and diagnosed the need for a replacement circuit board. The part costs about $125, but it was under warranty, and the repair takes less than thirty minutes. They wanted to charge me several hundred dollars. I spoke to the service manager and asked how that could possibly be justified. His explanation was inadequate—something vague about the paperwork required to exchange the part.

I called a couple of other companies, and only Kyle gave me a clear quote for replacing the board. However, after examining the system, he determined that my board was actually fine. He discovered that the inducer motor was the component that had failed. That part was also under warranty, so he obtained the replacement and sent a technician to install it. The total cost was less than half of what the original company had quoted.

As I said: reliable, reasonable, and—most importantly—accurate! Had I gone with the original company, they would have charged me several hundred dollars for an unnecessary circuit board and then even more to eventually replace the inducer motor. Kyle has earned my business for good, and I’m confident he’ll earn yours too.
