Highly recommend Authentic Plumbing!! Eddie Castillo was prompt, very nice, competitive prices, and honest! I think I just found me a great plumber I can trust! He replaced our outside hose bib and bathroom shower fixture, and I made appointment for him to come back and replace a toilet. Highly recommend this company!! Great Service!!

Called Authentic Plumbing out to replace an original (2020) recirculating pump in our home at The Grand. Eddie (owner/operator) came out promptly and was through with the options for replacement and presented me with a quote on the spot. An appointment for repair was made quickly and again he was prompt and got right to work.

Called authentic plumbing at 615p on a Friday with a leak in my meter box. Eddie came out within an hour and had the job done in 1.5 hours. Excellent customer service and very happy with the work performed. Definitely recommend them.

Summer was in touch less than 20 minutes after I posted for help in a plumbing emergency. She was super polite and prompt and Eddie was to our home no less than 10 minutes later. They saved us from what could’ve been a very stressful and expensive night. Eddie also came at what I would assume is after hours for them (after 8pm) and he was quick and made the trip as painless as it could’ve been. We appreciate them and will be using them going forward for any of our plumbing needs!

Eddie was amazing! Very clean, very professional, poised and polite. They could have ripped me off but instead he helped us with a simple fix and charged me nothing. You can trust these guys, they could’ve told me mold was everywhere but they were honest. These guys are a gem.

Just completed a wonderful experience with Authentic Plumbing. Eddie was very professional and masterful with his excellent skills to complete the work efficiently and effectively. Originally he scheduled us 4 days out but was able to complete the work early into the evening that same day which was huge to us. But maybe most importantly, he is VERY reasonable and fair in his pricing.

They put in a whole new soft water system in our house. Easy to work with, on time, and reasonably priced.

Searching for a good plumber is somewhat challenging. In my search I found a gem. Eddie answered my call and understood my issues. When Eddie arrived at our home, I explained to him what another plumber said (purchase new faucets), he stated there was not a need to go to that expense. After investigating (we had a foul odder coming from our master bathroom sinks) he felt that replacing the pop ups and traps that should resolve the immediate problem and then monthly maintenance with a bio-clean product will resolve the odder from coming back. I called Eddie after I received the pop ups. We set up an appointment - he showed up on time and replaced the pop ups and traps. It has been a week now and the odder has not returned. Based on his findings and the way he resolved our issues - he saved us $$'s and made my wife happy. We would highly recommend Eddie for your plumbing needs. He shows up on time and as we found out he will give an honest opinion.

Angel was great and replaced the motor and blower and switch even though he said that is not a job that is usually done by the company
