The folks at Roto-Rooter were amazing! They were able to quickly respond to our request for service. Someone from their team provided several updates on when we could expect our technician. The technician was professional and personable and was able to fix the issue!

Made a same day appointment, they had someone out within hours. Geof was very professional and knowledgeable. Got me unclogged in a timely manner, and he even cleaned up!! I would definitely use Roto-Rooter for any plumbing issues in the future.

I had the misfortune of my garbage disposal dying this week. I found Roto-Router Plumbing online, and easily made an appointment for that evening online. Geoff was right on time and awesome. He quickly switched out the garbage disposal and made sure everything ran perfectly.Overall I as a great experience and I highly recommend.

Geoff was GREAT! Kitchen sink clogged - I tried several methods to unclog, including a 15ft. snake - no luck. Saturday morning at 9:30 a.m. I scheduled service for same day, 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. Got a call at 10:30 a.m. that the tech was 30-45 mins away. Tech arrived and found the clog 45 ft. into the pipe. Super happy with the service. Tech kept everything nice and clean and tidy!

Geoff did an amazing job for us today. He was efficient, professional and explained everything for us to understand. We highly recommend Geoff and Roto Rooter!

Max was great. Thorough job. Quick and straightforward. He recommended I replaced my is a garbage disposal. Also notice that my dishwasher was leaking as a separate issue. He gave me an honest recommendations and options for replacing vs repair. It was my first experience with Roto-Rooter. I will be calling them again in the future.

I called Roto-Rooter in a bit of a panic after dropping a diamond earring down my bathroom sink! They were able to book my appointment window starting in the next 15 minutes! Once the technician arrived, he cleared my backed up pipe and located my earring within minutes. Excellent service, zero complaints.

Typically, when you call a plumber, you expect not a lot of quality and a lot of money. That being said, my experience was outstanding and the cost was in line. Not to mention Geoff was great and informative and went above and beyond.

Geoff went above and beyond to try to rescue a kitten from the inside of my wall. I didn’t even know this was a service offered let alone it was FREE! Geoff tried everything he possibly could and was insistent on rescuing the kitten. He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Geoff was great! He came behind a technician from another company who could not get my kitchen sink unclogged. He asked several questions about where the clog could be, tested a couple different things (drained the washer and the dishwasher) and was able to clear the clog. Thank you Geoff for saving the day

I had significant water leakage in the in the house and since pipes are buried, it is extremely difficult to find where the leakage is and fix it. I hired Oliver & his team from Roto Rooter to do alternative reroute plumbing. Given the size of my house (3600 sq. Ft) the plumbing work required complex dry wall cutting and rerouting. Oliver and his team worked extremely hard and most creatively for 2 days (about 16 hrs) continuously and got the job accomplished. They are just such terrific guys. Their price for the work involved and its complexity is reasonable. The highest quality of work they do is done with highest levels of professionalism. I give my highest recommendation for Oliver and team. If you have plumbing problems call Oliver and team of Roto Rooter.

I had both my bathroom sinks backing up and called Roto-Rooter. They came over the same day to evaluate what the problem was, and gave me a very reasonable estimate and did not charge a service call. The technician Nester came out and spent 3 1/2 hrs fixing my problem. This man was so efficient and took a lot of pride in his work. Everything he did was done to perfection. So glad there are still technicians out there like Nester!! Highly recommend!

Oliver did a great job fixing our toilet. He was prompt and very communicative. He charged us a fair rate and is a nice man to work with. I would highly recommend him.

We are very pleased with the job Roto-Rooter and Geoff did today. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and will use them again if needed, in the future!
