THE BEST COMPANY OUT THERE!! We have been using Authentic plumbing since about 2022. We never hesitate to call Eddie and Summer when we have plumbing issues and the reason why is the AMAZING customer service.
Just this morning my husband left for work (gone all weekend) and my garbage disposal wasn’t working and clogged the sink. I gave Eddie an early morning call and he got to my house within two hrs. Here’s the kicker, the problem with the sink was a bottle cap stuck in the disposal. (i have a strong fear of sticking my hand in the drain) Eddie removed the cap and all was good to go. This man drove all the way to my house for a silly call that i could’ve solved myself and didn’t even charge me for his time, he wouldn’t even accept a tip. And that’s why we come back. They prove that they care more about their customers than making money.

We will always use them for services and recommend them to everyone!!

This company is amazing. We have had them fix a clogged toilet recently. Today, we called them to look at water damage near our shower. Eddie showed up promptly and instead of immediately tearing apart my house and racking up a bill, he explained that the water damage was not due to a leaking pipe but as a result of water spillage. It’s hard to find companies that do great work, show up immediately, and are honest. Eddie and Authentic Plumbing are exactly that type of company.

Had Angel and Eddie out to check out my water softening system. They did a full check out and told me there were no problems. Could have tried to upsell me but didn’t, I appreciate outfits like that. I also got a free tutorial on how the system works for future reference. While they were here I had them flush my hot water tank and do an anode change. All was done in less than an hour. I’ll definitely be calling them for future plumbing needs.

It’s always easy to do business with a great company. Being a senior citizen and having a toilet that was 14 inches off the floor presented several issues. Been thinking about changing this out for sometime and finally pulled the string.

We had them out to Repair a shut off valve and a hose bib that was stolen from our customers property. They were great with their responsiveness and the quality of their work. We will definitely be working with them again.

Based off previous reviews I went with Eddie & Authentic Plumbing, I was not disappointed! I did not even check for competing prices for a soft water install which took him a little over 2-hours to put everything together. I wish I can keep him a secret, but it is better to let others know how carefree & easy it was to work with Eddie & Authentic Plumbing. You will not be disappointed and have absolutely ZERO worries when it comes to the quality of his work. He also made sure of my post installation requirements after the install to make sure the hot water heater is clean & free of sediment. Eddie will be my plumber from now on! Thank you!

We’re very happy with our water heater/water softener installation and re-piping, 2 estimates were given and all details were arranged.
We were given a prompt start date and a second finish date, but all work was completed in one day, and thoroughly cleaned up after.
It was refreshing to deal with Authentic after first trying to work with a different company and having to keep contacting them for info.

Eddie replaced my toilet valve and supply line. He also replaced my sink faucet. He was on time, super nice, cleaned up after, and everything is working perfectly. I’m really happy with my experience and would recommend him for any plumbing needs.
