After my water line was punctured by accident we were able to get Roto-Rooter to come out and replace the damaged section. I called Roto-Rooter Plumbing with a toilet problem and the technician Mark was here in a few short hours. He observed the problems and left to go to Lowes to get some extra parts he didn't have on the truck and was back in less than an hour and fixed several of our toilet problems. He was professional and very pleasant to talk to and fixed everything! I would highly recommend this company.

Can’t say enough good about Geoff who cleared our clogged kitchen drain yesterday! He was knowledgeable, efficient, personable, and also, humorous. He explained everything he was doing, told us how to prevent the problem in the future, and checked other drains in the house to make sure those were okay. A very pleasant experience for sure. Way to go, Geoff!

We needed to swap out the garbage disposal and Juan was amazing. He called and arrived within the expected service window and was very friendly and professional in his ability to do what we needed but also provided additional aide in helping to maintain our sink drainage without future complications.

We were replacing our toilet and found roots right at the flange! I scheduled an appointment through the online site for the very next day. This was so easy and convenient. The technician, Geoff, arrive within the scheduled window. He removed the roots and cleared the line. His associate then arrived to camera the line and found no other issue. I was given a quote to repair the flange right on the spot. Both technicians were friendly and efficient! I couldn’t have asked for better service in such a stressful situation. Thanks Roto-Rooter!

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Oliver. He was prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. I had a plumbing emergency that required immediate attention, and Oliver was there to the rescue! Will definitely call him again, hopefully not soon though.
