Good service. They handled an unfortunate incident as best they could with a couple of rescheduled appointments. It was an inconvenience for my family, but we were given a discounted rate. I would recommend them. They showed up on time, were careful with the existing floors and cleaned up afterwards.

Cleaning services were provided on our carpeting. A thorough service was provided including attention to pet odors and stains and removal of pet hair. the price was reasonable and we found that we could rely on their word, they were on time and we found them dependable

Mauricio brought back the shine to my Persian rug. We brought the rug back from overseas and he informed us that it was pure silk. We didn't know that. He saved us of hundreds of dollars. Don't take your persian rug to Scottsdale, let Mauricio come to you. We will be calling him again, as soon as my rug needs another cleaning.

Mauricio was very professional, honest, and did great work. A co-worker already asked for his info to get their house looked at. I had cat urine issues on our sofa and he not only took out the smell, but also instructed us how to use this enzyme to kill the bacteria. Will use him from now on.

They are the worst! After the carpets dried I found stains that hadn't been there before. I took pics and sent them to Mauricio. He said he'd come back the following week and clean the stains but he never did. Each time he had an excuse. Then I said I wanted some of my money refunded. He agreed and said he'd have his accountant send me a check. He never did that either!!!

They really went above and beyond to help me out. My puppy got sick all over my son's carpet in his bedroom. They worked me into their schedule very quick and it looks amazing! They cleaned my hallway as well! If you need a knowledgeable and great carpet cleaner, give them a call.

Our cat urinated on our brand new rug, and after an attempt to clean the rug ourselves, we contacted a few different local companies via Yelp. Mauricio responded almost immediately and gave me a call within 5 minutes. I explained what was going on and that I was hoping to get the rug cleaned fairly quickly as we'd be going out of town the next week. He was able to come by the same day and take a look at the rug.

His quote was very reasonable, but more important was the explanation of the quote. Mauricio didn't simply tell me what it would cost, but rather he explained the reason behind the cost, the processes that he'd be using to clean the rug, and made sure that I had full understanding of what would be happening throughout the process.

The rug in question is very colorful and is the centerpiece of our great room, so it was very important to us that we not risk the colors fading or becoming discolored due to the cleaning process. Mauricio explained that his process would not impact the colors of the rug at all, which it did not.

He communicated with us very well throughout the entire process and made sure that when the rug was returned the appearance looked brand new and the smell was non-existent.

We will be using Mauricio for any carpet or rug cleanings we need in the future, and I've already recommended his business to my family members.
