What a fantastic company. Service is incredible, their team is highly educated in all things about pools. When you need something they are there and so very friendly and have no problem taking the time to explain what they are doing. Very happy and highly recommend.

Love this company. They do a great job. My pool is always taken care of very well. They are proactive and always let me know what needs to be done. They dont do anything unless i say yes first. 5 stars for sure.

Arizona Mirage has been great for us. We live outside there area and have always been able to count on them for weekly maintenance and if pool issues arise. Their weekly service includes pictures of their visit which we love to see.

Omar is our weekly pool service technician. He does an excellent job managing our weekly pool maintenance, repairs needs, and cleans salt cell when appropriate. He does a thorough job each week.

Wonderful company! The cleaners come weekly and do a great job managing the chemicals and letting us know if any maintenance is needed. Anytime we have a problem with the pool they get someone right out to us - so helpful and responsive. As new pool owners we are so appreciative of their expertise and great service!!

I have been with this company for many years now and they are the best!! They take great care of my pool, let me know right away when mantaince needs to be done and they do it promptly!! They never leave a mess! Being a single women, they give me peace of mind about my pool! Would highly, highly recommend them to anyone!!

Bryce was recommended by the manufacturer of my in floor cleaning system. He was not only knowledgeable about my products but he took the time to watch and listen to my pool and get it working like it’s supposed to. My pool is looking the best it’s looked in years.

I’ve been using Arizona Mirage for years. Their weekly pool service is great, but where they really excel is their repairs. Bryce is the most knowledgeable tech I’ve ever met. He’s responsive and does amazing work. He’s a true asset to Arizona Mirage.

Very reliable, always arrive about same time. Work and care is good , pool always in good shape. Deals with all out of the ordinary issues, as required. Documentation, with photos of all visits is great , happy to answer all question

Had a good experience with them the first time.

Second time quite disappointed. I called them to have my pool drained and a have few things fixed. They came out for the 1 day drained my pool and fixed the few issues but never came back to finish the job. No one ever came back to test the parts they replaced or to ensure the job was done correctly. I had to call to get someone to realize that my job wasn’t complete. Their billing system was sure working as I got the bill quickly. A man who must’ve been the owner came out and did nothing. Assumed since the pool was running we were all good. Now I have a leak that would have been caught by the tech had he come out to finish the job. Don’t worry I certainly won’t be calling Arizona Mirage again

Arizona Mirage has been taking care of our pool for a few years now. Dawson does a FANTASTIC job keeping us up and running. He knows I have auto immune problems, so he really stays on top of it and goes above and beyond. When repairs are needed again, they're done on a timely basis. It's a new year, give 'em a try, you won't regret it👍🏼

I have been using Arizona Mirage for about 2 years now. Prior to that I was doing it my self and going to Leslie’s for water testing. My pool looked horrible going off what Leslie’s had me buy. I ended up spending more money on chemicals at Leslie’s than I am now having Arizona Mirage doing the maintenance. Highly recommend Arizona Mirage. Pool looks and feels amazing.

Via long distance communication AZ Mirage Pool Services did an amazing job resurfacing our pool of 20+ years. We continue to have them service our pool and we couldn’t be happier. Great service, friendly, and knowledgable. Highly recommend.

I have been using Arizona Mirage for the past 3 years for weekly maintenance and service. They have been prompt, professional, friendly and they offer great advice when I have questions about my pool system. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a pool knowing they will provide a high level of service at an affordable price.

I was in need of a new company to service and repair my pool. Arizona Mirage Pool Service was recommended to me by a friend. I called, and Garret said he would have Bryce come out in two days to look at my pool and give me an estimate. Bryce came promptly for the appointment, and explained completely the solutions to my problems and gave me a reasonable quote! He was very clear about what the company could do to remedy my problems. A very personable, concerned man.
Two days later Wade JR and Dave came out drained my pool, acid washed it, and completely did the repairs. They were fabulous explaining what they were doing and the reasons why. They were such nice guys, and my pool has never looked so great in 13 years!
Bryce came back the next day to make sure everything was going well and how much the pool had filled overnight. He wanted my pool up and running ASAP, and since the company is closed on weekends, he said he would try to find a volunteer from the company to come out on Saturday to start up the pool again. Josh volunteered to start up the pool on Saturday. Such a nice guy explaining about everything.
Monday I called with a couple questions about the pool. I talked to Garret again, and he arranged for Wade SR and Dave to come out that afternoon! They were so fabulous! Explained so much and addressed all of my concerns! So knowledgeable with great explanations for everything!
Each person with whom I spoke, always focused on me, the customer, to ensure I was pleased with their work and I understood everything.

I'm very happy with the service I receive from AZ Mirage Pools! I was doing the maintenance myself until I just got too busy to give it the attention it needed. They were able to step in and get it looking great and keep it looking great every week! I used to dread looking at how dirty it was getting, but now I can enjoy my pool again!

Arizona Mirage Pool Services did such a fantastic job for us. We had them over to clean our filters, do a chemical assessment and check on our pool lights. David was the service man that came to our home and he was highly educated, professional and took the much needed time to explain the functionality of our pool so I had a clear understanding.
