Scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Barry confirmed and then never showed. He also turned his phone off so he was unreachable. Very unprofessional way to do business. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!

I scheduled with them 2 weeks out. I talked to the owner, Barry, the day before he was supposed to come and do the work, confirmed and went over details. I bought all the materials he advised me to get and he was a no-show. No phone call and just didn’t show up for the job.

Reddstar maintenance is a great company. They are always on time and confirm the appt before they arrive and then follow up during the appt and again when it’s completed to make sure we were happy with everything. I’ve used them for home cleaning, window cleaning, powerspraying etc.... overall they do a great job and I recommend them to everyone.

Extremely friendly and affordable! I had called to have my pool equipment checked out because it wasn't seeming to work that well. They never made me feel dumb for asking questions and were honest about what needed to be fixed and done to maintain my pool. After my repairs were completed I decided to keep them for weekly service. My wife and I are ecstatic that it is an all in one price, so we never have surprise costs with extra chemicals or filter cleanings. We HIGHLY recommend them!

I'm so glad that Nathan was referred to us. He is an absolute blessing compared to our last pool service we had. He takes his time in explaining his service and why things are needed and that was especially appreciative for someone who has never owned a pool and new to the area.
