Arizona Mirage and Pool Service is wonderful! I have used them for many years and I'm very happy with the service i get. They are here every week and keep my pool looking GREAT. I highly recommend them!

Had a hand rail installed for our pool. Owner of the company came out and gave us an estimate for various work. He was friendly and efficient. We decided to have a handrail installed and to do other work at a later date (when the water warms back up) Tech was scheduled for a later date. He showed up on time, was friendly and did the work quickly. Everything was cleaned up before he left. Excellent experience, definitely recommend and we will be using them in the future for other things.

I couldn’t be happier with the service we just received from our pool technician Wade. He immediately noticed that pool was having algae issues and ensured that the algae was thoroughly brushed off the surfaces and made sure that the correct chemicals were added. The difference was noticeable right away.

Wade was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I was really impressed with the care and attention to detail he had. Thank you Wade for helping my pool come back to life!

One of my favorite perks if using Arizona Mirage is they send an email with a picture of my Pool at every single weekly service! Quality work, fair price, and special projects (we added a heater last year through AZ Mirage) are done professionally and promptly. They took the time to make sure the equipment was fully behind the existing screening wall so we didn't have to do extra work, and I greatly appreciate that extra effort!

Arizona Mirage Pool Services is a great company to work with for us. Our pool is always clean. They keep us on schedule for any need maintenance issues or repairs needed. The communication via email and text is fantastic, other companies need to learn this. They are always helpful if I need to call the office.

Arizona Mirage did a great job cleaning the tile and replacing the valves on our pool. They also replaced the pool light and gave us a new LED light. Bryce, David, & Josh were very nice and helpful. I would recommend Arizona Mirage pool service & repair.

Had the pleasure of meeting Brian over a year ago when he showed up to fix a problem, did not know he was owner but was impressed with the way he took care of the issue. Great young man with knowledge and a great work ethic.As a result I kept the business card. Called last year to see about service and could not fit into budget.Have not been satisfied with the young man who has been taking care of my pool. Times when right after he has been here that I have had to sweep the pool down. After last time, I figured I’m too old to be out sweeping down a pool. When I’ve complained, I get excuses. So I called Arizona Mirage this year and just bit the bullet on whatever needed to be done.Have been very impressed with Bryce, who gave me information that no one has ever given me. Dave, the young man who drained the pool, excellent young man, Wayne who did start up, again, made me confident that I’ve made a good choice in going with your company. So many things that your company does that make me sure I’ve done the right thing. I was looking for a new pool company to do weekly cleanings. I emailed a few places, and one company didn't have enough techs for more customers, but they referred me to Arizona Mirage. I gave them a call and they came out the next day, tested the water in my pool and gave me a quote. They were able to get me scheduled very quickly to correct the chemical balance in the pool and now I am on the schedule for weekly maintenance. They have been very responsive to my calls, texts and emails and have showed up when they say they will. Appreciate what they have done so far and the guys that were out doing the job were very friendly so no issues here. Thanks Arizona Mirage!

Had an emergency with our pool. Our regular pool guys put us off for 2 weeks and we had to make a decision. We made the call. Bryce at Arizona Mirage came out same day which we understand is almost unheard of.....he offered a diagnosis and we had a bid by end of day...Completely within reason....his team David, Wade Jr worked hard to make all corrections then Wade Sr came out to finalize the job. Wade Sr came back 2 days later to confirm that all work was done to satisfaction and restart our pool and chemicals. Can't say enough about this outstanding company, service and reliability. Bravo

As long as I have a pool, this team will be the one to service it. Save yourself some time and fire whoever is running your pool now if it’s not these guys. They took a pool on the brink of death and brought it back to life. I can’t recommend this company more. From communication with the office, ease of billing, to the hard work that the team put in, they have a customer for life. Check the before/after pictures. These are the pool guys your backyard oasis deserves.

Arizona Mirage Pool Services are always pleasant, consistent and respectful. They take extra time and point out issues that may come up and do jobs throughly. One week I had a loose lock and my gate and the pool technician fixed it before my husband go to it. Super sweet of him. Great company to do business with.

Staff has always been very friendly and helpful. We are snowbirds so we really appreciate that they take weekly pictures and send them to us. Definitely happy with this company.

These guys are extremely knowledgeable. They are also very service oriented. They are very responsive to any questions I have or any troubles. My filter pump died and it was replaced very very quickly. In addition I had the reverse osmosis done and I can’t believe what a difference I feel on my skin. I highly recommend this company.

Arizona Mirage Pools has been our exclusive pool repair provider over the last 7 years. They have replaced/ repaired numerous things for us including: sand filter, Pump (2x) Lights, bulbs, gaskets, and other parts to technical to mention. Most recently they replaced a light, this is important because with the summer winding down, my boys want to have one last summer party including a night swim. Brian was able to flex the schedule around to make certain we could get it in before the end of the summer. Bryce their tech has always been great to work with. Without question Susan and Brian in the office are more than schedulers. They are great at advising me on what needs to be done. At no point have I ever felt up sold. I would highly recommend Arizona Mirage to anyone looking for a pool service provider.

I just had a bad situation turn awesome. My pool salt cell union coupling had cracked. I called mirage and they came out fixed it and then went above and beyond and answered all my questions and concerns. Wade took me step by step and showed me things about pool maintenance I never new. Bryce also very helpful in annalizeing the situation and made it happen quickly. I can honestly say I will always use mirage in the future.

Arizona Mirage Pool Service - I needed help with my salt cell and a rail added to my pool for my mother’s safety.
Everyone has been very helpful. My salt cell is now functioning great and my mother can safely enter and exit the pool with a high quality rail.
No issues and no problems and great customer service!
