Was looking for a carpet cleaning service that uses nontoxic formula- have a baby coming soon so wanted a refresh. This company is very responsive in answering and setting up appointment. They were early, got done in the expected time. The carpets smell awesome! My neighbors smoke and sometimes smell smoke in one of the rooms.. feel like the smell has totally improved. They are not pushy on products or price which I like. I have a washable area rug and asked if they’d wash it, I appreciate the honest answer that it probably would be better washing in machine rather then have them clean it. They do the job well and very professional. We will definitely be using them again for carpets and even tile cleaning!

Kyle was the person who cleaned our area rugs. Very professional and friendly. He did an excellent job and brought our area rugs back to looking brand new. I highly recommend this company if you need your carpets or area rugs cleaned.

I hired All Ways Organic to clean my carpets and while they were on the job, I asked if they had time to also clean my couch. They were able to fit in the couch before they left. Everything turned out very clean. Thank you for getting the work done so quickly!

Kyle was able to fit us in last minute and did a fantastic job on our rugs, carpets and stairs. The before/after is truly remarkable and we love the citrus scent. Would absolutely hire them again as great communication and very good results for the pricing!

Kyle was awesome! He came out right on time and even though I wasn’t home at the time of the cleaning, he kept me updated every step of the way and sent me pictures after the cleaning was finished. He even left cleaning solution for future use which I really appreciated. Will use All Ways again. Definitely recommend!

GREAT EXPERIENCE...!!! We used to use ZeroreZ for a long time, they were good most of the time, but never great. THESE guys are GREAT..!! Kyle got us worked into his schedule on very short notice as we were in a pinch to get our carpets cleaned asap for a family visitor. He communicated multiple times leading up to our appointment, showed up when expected / as promised, nice greeting and explanation of services, extremely professional, very thorough, detailed, and high-quality work. My carpet had stains that I just couldn’t get out! Kyle picked up my 8’ x 10’ carpet, only kept it for a few days and turned my carpet back to like new!! So happy to see the end results! I highly recommend this company to everyone that needs help, like I did!
