Parts to repair plumbing unions were not available so Steven told me he'd get them and return in a couple days.

As a new pool/spa owner, I'm finding out there are a myriad of pool services to choose from, and I'm tickled sparkling-blue that I went with Crystal Clear Pool Service and Repair.

The owner, John, is a great guy. He came out to look my pool over and provide me with a weekly maintenance quote. He ALSO took a CONSIDERABLE amount of time out of his busy schedule to walk me through the "rube goldberg machine" that is my pool plumbing.

My weekly tech, Henry, is young, personable, respectful and thorough. He will point out issues, but never presses if I dont choose to make them a priority.

When I bought this home, my main concern with the state of the pool/spa, but those worries are a thing of the past thanks to Crystal Clear. John also accepts Zelle payments.

John and his team are fantastic to work with. John is up front and will never try to sell you something you don’t need. He will do his best to save you money on products and services.

John Fiori replaced my exposed plumbing, motor, filter, drain & refill, and tile caulking. He was reliable, followed up with his promises, and went over and above expectations. Even after the last check had cleared, he remained available for questions. I would highly recommend the services of his company.

We’ve been with Crystal Clear pools for over a year now and could not be any happier with the service they provide. We started off with a SWAMP GREEN pool because we had no idea how to care for it. Found him through reviews and haven’t turned back. Most business orders aren’t only out to get money but he provided us the most cost effective option while still providing tips. Whenever we’ve had issues with the pool, he’d come same day to fix it. We even had issues with our pump And he helped us get it fixed and also save money doing so. They run an honest business and ensure they educate their customers at the same time. Friendly people!! If you’re in the business to get someone straight forward and knows what their dealing with, hire them!

I had an issue with my pool pump on Wednesday afternoon. I called John, and he was super helpful and friendly. They came out the next morning and got me fixed up. Quality work, friendly and honest service....basically everything you expect from a top notch business! Thank you guys again!

A few weeks ago , my entire backyard flooded due to a pipe breaking that was connected to the leveler in my pool. I called John in a panic and within (literally) 5 minutes he was at my back door, walking thru muddy water. He got on his hands and knees, found the source, stopped the leak and gave me a game plan. Now that's someone who is loyal to his trade!!!

John is the most honest, professional and hardworking person in the business. He is proud of the work he does and is extremely knowledgeable. I just bought a house in Surprise with an in ground pool. To my surprise, the pool pump timer was inoperable. Currently I live in Washington state, moving to Surprise in a couple of weeks. I Googled pool repair and maintenance in Surprise. Crystal Clear Pool popped up at the top of my search. I read the GLOWING 5 star reviews and I knew this was my company of choice! I called and spoke to John and explained my situation with my pool timer. He said he would fit me in the next day and he did exactly that!!! He arrived at my Surprise house, diagnosed the issue, and fixed the timer!! No issues whatsoever with the service, communication, workmanship, and product! John sent me pictures of before and after of his work with parts needed. And top it off we settled the bill 1400 miles away with PayPal!!!!!

We left another larger company for this family owned pool service. It was the best decision we made for our pool and our wallet! John and Lindsay are attentive and hard working. They’re great with our dogs too. Definitely going to remain loyal customers for as long as we’re in this house.

John is very responsive and knowledgeable! I didn't know anything about pools and he gave us pool care 101 as well as fixing the problems that we had. He was reasonable and did a great job and prompt. I would recommend him to anyone needing any kind of pool care!

After a pool emergency, John came out the next day and was able to replace our pump and filter. Our pool has never looked better. He came back out to adjust the clock on the pump within 5 minutes of calling him. His customer service has been absolutely outstanding and I will not be using any other pool service from now on.

We called John to come check our pool pump that was dripping. He was great and on time, fixed the issue in about 1 minute that we looked at for hours and tried to fix. We actually didn’t end up needing anything done but will definitely recommend him and use him for any future needs/maintenance!

Update: we ended up needing a pipe repaired and called John again. He came the same day to look, drove across town the get the part, and fixed the same day. We highly recommend John and will obviously continue to use him- thanks John!

We’ve had John and Lindsay service our pool since moving to Marley Park over a year ago. They are so reliable in keeping our pool Crystal Clear! The thing I like best about their service is that whenever I have a question or concern, I just text John and he immediately replies with a text or usually a phone call. They also leave a slip each week indicating what time they serviced the pool and what chemicals it needed. That’s good service! 😊
