I've used this company a couple times now and they are always very communicative and knowledgeable! Recently had an issue with our pool breaker box not communicating with the pump to turn on when activated. He advised I flip the breaker to the house instead of the one for the pool, sure enough it all turned back on and works like a charm. He was the only one to suggest doing this, every other pool company I had contacted was telling me my pump was out and needed to be replaced.... you can trust these guys and they will be the only pool company I work with moving forward!

Consistency, knowledgeable and overall customer service is the best. Honestly I was skeptical only because I wasn't sure if I even wanted the service. The BEST decision we ever made.

John did a great job organizing and performing the services we needed to clean and drain our pool. He installed a new pump and gave us great Customer Service explaining the new equipment. Great follow up through the process and we know if we have any questions, he will be available.

Best company ever. John has helped me take care of two different pools now and is always going above and beyond. He is always fast to answer any questions and make suggestions to make pool maintenance easier. There has been several times that he could have charged me 100+ dollars but has done it for free. I recently moved to Arizona and I am a first time pool owner. Based on reviews, I went with Crystal Clear Pool Service and I do not regret my decision. The staff is friendly, honest, professional and the prices cannot be beat! The team always shows up on time and I never feel pressure to upgrade to the hottest new thing, but always know it's available if I want to. I also can't get over the patience and knowledge of the team.. once in a while, I get froggy and try and fix something myself and blow it. They know exactly what I did by my vague description over the phone and are quick to come out and save the day. Definitely recommend!

He even changed out our pool light in 60-degree water temperature (without a wetsuit) just to get the job done. Highly recommend!

John and his team have been servicing our pool since it was built in 2017. They monitor chemicals, clean and maintain our pool and let us know if something isn’t working properly and what is needed to fix it. We are very satisfied with Crystal Clear Pool Service.

Good work is so hard to find now days, I am so thankful that I found John and Charlie from Crystal Clear. It has now been 1 year since I hired them. John was great! he came by and gave me an evaluation that fixed the problem. It was much simpler than previously suggested (from a much bigger company). Johns solution worked to clear out algae and the pool has since looked excellent. He had a nice demeanor and talked through the problem I had.
