I loved the service! The price was reasonable what he said it would cost over the phone he honored. He had no hiden fees Like the people from groupon and the carpet was super clean; he also cleaned my stairs he did not charge me per step he gave me a flat rate for that and he just had a great attitude very respectfull too. I will defenable use his services again and I also did recomended him to my cloeset friends

We had a problem with many,many pet stains on the carpet. We asked Dwain and nephew Ryan before they started if they were the type of service that would clean and afterwards say, "you get what you get" or if they could really get the pet stains out. Dwain assured us that they would do their best and that their Focus would be to get rid of the stains. Dwain was also very honest with us about the results. If Ames cleaned the carpet and the stains that did not come out, those that did not come out would be permanent. The stains that were permanent they would do as much as they could to minimize the appearance of them. Now I am sure that not all result will be the same for everyone, But luckily these guys are professionals and, Yes Ames did get all the pet stains out and deodorized the carpets. The carpets smell good, look good, feel good, almost new like. A Great Job All around. These Guys are Squared Away. Well, So much raving about what they did after they started. Let me tell you about something they did before they even started . I noticed that they came early before their appointment and set up. The appointment was for 12:00 pm, the doorbell rang at 11:58 AM. I don't know if that's their standard practice or if they had some extra time before they arrived, but they wasted no time getting the job done right, and they did the job quickly too. I had Dwain clean our entire house carpeting yesterday. It is without a doubt the BEST job ever. They smell and feel great. I got a stack of his cards and have given them to the entire neighborhood. Great job!!

Wow, never have I seen tiles become so clean ....... With large amounts of Mop & Glo built up on our ceramic tiles from previous owners, Dwayne and the team provided exceptional service. They arrived right on time, and explained exactly what they were going to do. They were very courteous at all times , moved and put back everything in its place ... Outstanding would be an understatement for the quality of cleaning and customer service Dwain provides. I selected him based off his reviews and I am thrilled that I did. He and his nephew are very kind sincere men who obviously care about what they do. They care about the customer and going above and beyond what I have ever seen in carpet and upholstery cleaning. We have lived in our home for over 7 years and never had the carpets cleaned. We have two dogs who love to use the carpet as a back scratcher and recently a toilet as well as two children. The carpets were dark and filthy. After the cleaning today the carpets look BRAND NEW! They are soft and fluffy too! I watched how much disgusting dirt came up out of these old carpets and it was gross. He took his time to go over each area several times making sure it was clean. He goes over the area until he no longer sees dirt in clear tube on his machine. I am truly amazed that he brought our carpets back to life. I thought for sure I was going to have to rip them up. I had asked him to do a few spots on our couches too and he ended up doing all three pieces of furniture at a steal of a price. He went well above asking on this. I WILL NEVER USE ANYONE BUT AMES for my future cleanings. He offers a great price, great service, and a kind positive attitude. I called Ames on short notice after a corner of a room in my home was made into a restroom by our older dog. When searching for carpet cleaning or carpet care , I ran into a lot of companies that would give me minimum charges because it was only 1 room that needed to be cleaned and then they told me pet odors would be additional depending on how bad it was. When the technician came out we were very impressed with his presentation , no sales pitch and quality truck mounted equipment , the carpet turned out perfect , so perfect we held off a month on our planned tile install. He also cleaned a traffic area at no charge since he was there. Very Impressed with the service.

I have nothing but good things to say about Dwain and his company Ames Carpet Cleaning. He showed up promptly on time, explained everything, gave me a price before he started, and most importantly got my carpets extremely clean. As a new homeowner I wanted a thorough cleaning, and he did exactly that. He went the extra step by moving my furniture and stuff out of closets to get every inch of carpet. I was very impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. His price was competitive, and he doesn't try and nickel and dime with extra chemicals or addons. And he is local, and I am all about supporting local businesses.

The Scotch Guard applied to the carpet has proven to be a deterrent to my cat’s hair attaching under the surface thus, easily vacuumed away. Dwain was on-time; he quickly and efficiently moved through my large home. Wow is all I can really say. I have had my carpet clean many times before and it never looked this GOOD. He was very polite and did a great job. I needed to have my rug cleaned professionally due to my dogs having an accident on it. I called another company before I chose Ames I decided on Ames because the pricing I thought was decent ($90). Dwaine came by on time he was professional and he explained what was going to be done. I hold him great! First when he was packing up his machine he tilted it over while it was still on the rug and started cleaning it off and then he went to unplug the cord while his machine was dripping the dirty water back onto the rug. Second when he was done the rug was pretty soaked with water. I think his machine didn’t suction the dirty water up very good. Before he left he told me to turn my fan on so it could dry up faster. I. ended up reaching out to Dwaine to let him know that the carpet was still not fully dry and it still has a bad odor. He suggested I put it outside so it could fully dry if that didn’t work he would come back out. I reached out to Dwaine to follow up but never received a call back. Maybe I should have went with the company that was charging $130

I used to rent a carpet cleaner but no more. I have used Ames the last 3 years and recommend them to all my friends. They also do tile and grout as well. These guys are the bomb. Showed up on time and did a great job. Carpets look new. If you are like me and think they can't get the grime out, think again and call AMES. They made them like new. Very nice guys.

If you are looking for carpet cleaning/pet stains, I highly recommend you contact this company! Dwain, The owner of Ames carpet & tile cleaning, did a great job on a new property I purchased that had several cat urine stains in every bedroom. He arrived early, was friendly and professional. He even provided me with extra product the next for some stains that still had odor after the carpet dried. He did not charge me for the product. He went above and beyond for me as a customer. I will be using him again in the near future for tile cleaning. You will not be disappointed in hiring Dwain.

Ames has done our carpet multiple times. The last time we also had him clean our tile. This company is the definition of high quality and reasonable price.
