Simply the BEST carpet cleaning service. Dwain the owner responds quickly, is very professional and a friendly guy, and doesn’t try to sell services you don’t need. He explains what needs to be done, and cleaned my dirty, spotted carpet making it look like new. And his price is very reasonable. Highly recommended.

We had Dwain come in to clean our rental carpet upon move out. The price was the best i could find and not even worried about it coming out perfect, but he definitely exceeded our expectations even with the most basic cleaning/sanitizing. Dwain was quick to schedule, showed up right on time, was thorough, very timely, and the house looks and smells so much better. I had tile/grout cleaned throughout and carpet and rugs shampooed. The price was extremely reasonable. I can't recommend Dwain enough!

My experience with Sunsational Floor Care was absolutely phenomenal. Rick (the owner) was very attentive and cared about the problems I faced with my carpet and tile. Though only 4 years old, my carpet and tile has been through 2 toddlers, busy/active adults, and a cat. The stains in the carpet and dirt on the grout of the tile honestly seemed impossible to get out. I had tried getting them cleaned before with other companies and there was no difference when they were done. Rick was on time, friendly, caring and passionate about helping me and doing a great job. I couldn't believe the results of his work. My carpets and tile look brand new. I will never use another company again and I recommend Sunsational Floor Care to all of my family and friends!

We were so pleased with the carpet cleaning Rick did for us two years ago, we called him back to clean our carpets again this year. And, after seeing how good the carpets looked, we asked him to come back to steam-clean and seal our stone and tile floors. Both carpet and floors look brand new!

Rick was exceptionally professional. We always thought the tile in the kitchen had black grout…after Ricks VERY THOROUGH cleaning it turns out the grout is actually a desert sand color 😂😂😂. Rick was prompt, informative and efficient. We are very happy with the result!!!

Excellent results! Great care and quality of work! Had floor tile and carpets cleaned. The tile grout used to be a very light grey color where after 4 years it became more of a dark brown. Rick the owner, was able to restore the grout back to its original color. He repeatedly went over tougher stained areas on both my tile and carpets and was able to get some carpet stains out that I thought were permanent. He was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I believe he said he has over 40 years experience in the industry so he knows what he is doing. I highly recommend Sunsational Floor Care as it is very difficult to find this type of experience, quality and customer sevice all in one place.

Rick spent a lot of time with me on the phone on two different occasions answering my questions regarding my wool area rugs. Several companies will not clean a wool rug. It was apparent that he very knowledgeable in cleaning wool rugs. He came out the next day and I was very pleased with his work. My rugs look great and the dog urine smell is completely gone. I will definitely be hiring him back to clean my travertine and grout.

Rick was fantastic to work with from the first message to even after he was done. Primarily hired Sunsational Floor Care to clean my off white couchs that my dogs had made disgusting. His work was fantastic! Not only that, but when my dogs came to check out the cleaned couch a few afters after they immediately restained it. I called Rick for advice and he gave me detailed and specific instructions that totally worked. Looked just as good as when he left again. Cannot recommend highly enough. Will definitely be using his services again.
