H2O pool service provided excellent diagnostics on our pool equipment and completed the warranty documents required to complete the work on our equipment.

Workers arrived at scheduled time did the job well, cleaned up the deck and left everything as it was when they arrived except the white stripe was gone and the tile loooked great. Only negative is the water is very murky but I was promised it would get clear by tomorrow.

Tyler provides great service, is always on time. The pool looks great. Overall the best pool service company I've worked with.

While our pool looked pretty good for not changing the water in close to 20 years, thanks to Steve and H2O Pool & Spa Care our pool is full of life and looking very inviting.

Steve went above and beyond with our job which included an acid wash, new drain cover, and finally a light, hooray! Steve had no problem taking time to answer our questions and was here when he said he would be.

Steve is very knowledgable, prices are reasonable. What I like about Steve is that he takes the time to answer your questions and concerns. Also, I find it very difficult to find reliable people in the Phoenix area. Steve is reliable, shows up timely, I have recommended him to others.

I had a black algae issue with my pool, a problem with the decking surface and had a couple of other general pool questions. Steve answered all of the questions honestly and made no false promises. There was never any 'sales pitch' or unwanted pressure. Most importantly for us, Steve turned up on each of his three visits exactly when he said he would and carried out the work on schedule.

Most pool companies are in and out with the service and seem to be all about speed. H2O takes the time to ensure my pool is running to spec and is clean weekly. I love this company.

The person in charge of replying to this companies emails via their website is unprofessional and will make you feel like you are wrong and they are right and will make accusations when you advise them of mistakes made by their employees. This company allows their pool cleaning employees to advise their clients when there is something wrong, but in turn will charge you $85 extra for a technician to just come to your residence to tell you what needs repaired. They also suggest not to ask the pool cleaning employee any questions to contact them, so why do they allow this employee to advise clients what's wrong with your pool and pool system? Also, our salt cell was installed incorrectly by their employees and they placed chlorine tabs in a salt water pool, which I know now after having to fork out $1000 to replace the salt cell is a huge mistake on their part if you ask me it feels like we were sabotaged.

H20 pool service was great! They troubleshot my old Hayward pump and were able to replace it with a new modern unit with an extended warranty. In addition, the new pump has reduced my electrical consumption by almost half. I will be sure to call them again when the need arises.

I was a customer for more then five years. I sent in a cancellation notice. They miss read my cancellation date and didn't show up to clean my pool. I notified them that no one showed up and they responded that I had cancelled services. I sent them the original email showing the date of cancellation. Their response: "Sorry, but your account has been closed on July 27th. You have not paid for any August service. We are happy to reopen your account and charge for the August service, but we will not be able to start again until Monday August 8th." The next week. That is not correcting your mistake.

Great work on replacing my old pool equipment. Thorough, knowledgeable, and efficient service.

Steve was nice came to house checked out my pool and said it was a bad skimmer that needed replacement he said that is almost always the problem. $2,700 later with a new a skimmer and the skimmer line is still sucking air, problem not fixed. And still waiting for the concrete cool walk to get done. Save youself time and money call Arizona Leak detection I found out about them and they pin pointed the fix in minutes and it was never the skimmer but a broken pipe. Call them first before you waste money having Steves guy's do work that could not speak english and communicate with us. Btw When I told Steve it was only a pipe break he said he could come back and would fix it for another $800.00. No thanks, dug it up fixed it myself. And fixed right at x mark's the spot AZ leak detection left for me. My lession learned on bad advise.
