We had a great experience with Rick, from setting up the appointment, showing up on time and delivering a great service you will be glad and amazed at the results. Rick took the time to explain the process in detail and he also provided helpful hints on how to maintain our floor in pristine condition. I'd definitely recommend and will use this company again.

Amazing. I still cannot get over what an amazing job Rick did cleaning the carpets in my mother's home. She had lived on those carpets for 10 years without ever having them cleaned. Rick from Sunsational Floor Care did an awesome job restretching and repairing our carpet. It had some pretty noticeable ripples and wear, and now it looks like it was just installed. He was easy to work with, showed up on time, and clearly knows what he’s doing. Super happy with how it turned out. We would definitely call him again if we ever need more work done.

Rick did an amazing job cleaning my area rug and XL sectional. He worked diligently and went above and beyond to remove all the pet stains and odors. Price was extremely reasonable and Rick was very friendly and knowledgeable. Looking forward to using Rick again for all my upholstery and carpet cleaning needs.

Other 1 star reviews are not wrong. Mu service was terminated by the owner and the email stated I'd be getting a refund. I've emailed 3 times asking for information of when that would be processed and hadn't gotten a reply. Quick to terminate a customers service but definitely not quick with a reply regarding a refund. If I don't get a reply I'll be forced to go to the BBB and make a complaint against the LLC. I'd prefer to not have to go that route but you cancel my service and state I'll get a refund so if I dont get it in a timely manner considering their business is in the same city I live in im giving it 2 weeks, I believe that's fair considering I was dropped as a customer without any notice. Now that's professional.

The owner Mike bait and switch ed us on a new pool pump. Mike requested we pay prior to installation. The invoice we paid described the pump we wanted. After we realized the wrong pump was installed, Mike claimed he made a typo on the invoice. We asked that he make it right, but he chose to lose our business rather than fix the problem. To make it worse, he won't even acknowledge there was a problem. Please be aware of this Pool Company.

Please don’t be fooled by the picture of Jesus and the owner’s adult child with special needs. The owner of this company has been servicing my pool for 2.5 years. He does not have integrity and is dishonest. The person who actually completes the weekly cleaning did not reach out to the owner regarding my pool chemistry. My chlorine was so high, when I confirmed with Leslie’s pool supply, they couldn’t even believe it. My hair was burned by the chlorine level. When I reached out to the owner indicating I was going to have my water tested, he stated, “I wouldn’t do that…you are digging too deep”. When I spoke with owner again on the phone regarding the cholrine levels he shouted at me, “I’m done. Consider your pool service terminated” and then hung up on me. He might be able service your pool, however, over time something will go wrong, or be up charged (despite having a quote) and he will leave you high and dry without warning. There are plenty of other companies who will stand by their service. Look elsewhere.
