Pat was awesome! My couches have never smelt or looked better! He was on time, quick and very personal. Didn’t feel like he was a stranger coming into my home! Would highly recommended if you need someone to come clean your couches or carpets

Had a great experience with Pyramid Carpet Cleaning from start to finish. I needed my father’s carpets cleaned. Spoke with Pat and was able to set up a timely appt. Discussed pricing and agreed upon cost. Pat called the day before to confirm. He showed up right on time. Pat doesn’t just pull up in a big truck that has a steamer on it, but industrial equipment to truly work the rug and stains out of the carpet. Our carpet turned out beautiful! It looked nearly new again. I couldn’t have been more pleased. I highly recommend his services. He is a good communicator, provides a great service at a more than fair price. I will use Pyramid Cleaning without hesitation again and again. Thanks Pat!

Pat was so professional, true to his word, quick and did an amazing job on my carpets, I had to go into my office to work, when I came out for a break, he not only he placed plastic under each table leg, to ensure I could slide my table easy around carpet, but he put the mug of coffee I gave him in the sink. All my floors were cleaned and wiped from access water...amazing, and he was sweet, always called to confirm.....we could use more Service people like Pat! Thank you Pat!

Pat was early, thorough, and SO nice. I would 10/10 hire him again. Honest, reliable, and great at what he does! He cleaned our RV carpets and the water after was just disgusting. So thankful he was able to get us in before our big trip!

Pat was very thorough and prompt. He did three steps which really cleaned the carpet. First, he sprayed on a cleaning solution and second, he agitated and moistened and lifted
the dirt. Last, he used a huge machine to Extract, all moisture and dirt. His charges were reasonable, and I liked that he gives a discount when you donate canned goods for a charity.

Pat was prompt, did an excellent job on my carpets and all at a very reasonable price!

Pyramid Carpet Cleaning was fantastic - Pat arrived on time, and did a great job. Took good care to remove all stains and high traffic areas (even some that I didn’t expect to come out). Addendum: I just have to brag about Patrick again! Because my carpet is particularly old, it did not dry overnight. He is squeezing me in today once more, and he will extract the carpet again and put down a deodorizer!! This guy is worth every penny and more…

Superb customer service! From the first phone call, Pat at Pyramid Carpet Cleaning was polite, helpful and accommodating. He showed up on time and carefully brought in his equipment. He proceeded to clean thoroughly and I am completely satisfied. I am planning on having him come back and clean the tile floors next!

He was on time, polite and most importantly did a great job cleaning our carpet. He also did a great job getting the excess water out of the carpet so it would dry faster. It looked great afterward.
