I'm not exactly sure how I can describe this accurately. I am an electrician, I work 40 hours, in work boots, on my feet for the majority of the day. I can barely keep up with the dishes and the laundry. Coming home today after my first house cleaning service, (which was a deep clean, costs a little bit more, but SO WORTH IT) I WAS THRILLED!! Our 30-year-old irrigation system was leaking, requiring multiple repairs and my husband and I decided it was time to have it replaced. After making inquiries, Sonora Sprinkler was recommended by several homeowners and now I recommend them as well. Ryan, the GM, came out and walked the property with us to discuss a new layout, the water requirements of the trees and understand what we were looking for before writing up a quote. The pricing was reasonable and once we had a day scheduled the crew arrived precisely on-time. The professional, hard-working crew completed the job in 1-day and left the yard looking immaculate. Afterward, Mark, the crew foreman, followed-up to inspect the entire system and he was thorough and took his time, making sure every new sprinkler head was installed per the quote and to ensure the trees were getting the proper amount of water. Mark then took his time explaining the timer system to us and ensuring all the stations were set and operating as they should. It's a relief to know we now have a properly working irrigation system and it's wonderful knowing (peace of mind) there is a reputable, hard-working, customer service-oriented irrigation-sprinkler company we can always call in the future.
