Thank you Sonora Sprinklers for getting my entire irrigation system back in working order. The work provided was so professional, the communication was outstanding and the finished product is better than expected. I appreciate the thoughtfulness the guys took, adding lines where needed not just replacing what was there. My plants love you too, they were thirsty!

I had Sonora Sprinkler replace our old irrigation underground piping. They installed top quality materials and valving systems. They have a large crew and get the job done quickly. The manager of field operations, Ryan, is an outstanding example of how to be responsive and informative with excellent customer interaction. I highly recommend their services.

When our old irrigation system rolled over and died, we solicited a few quotes for a new one. Sonora Sprinkler’s was competitive, for sure, but their customer service and professionalism is what really makes them shine. JD, their salesperson, is quite knowledgeable and answered a million silly questions. Fernando and his installation team left our landscaping in better condition than they found it. Ryan’s follow-up inspection was thorough, down to the last drip head, and he is a very pleasant person to chat with. Our neighbors have already noticed the improvement in our vegetation, and we are quite pleased with the result.

Our drip system had self - destructed. We began getting quotes and it didn't take long to realize that Sonora Sprinkler was a special company. Ryan was great! Very detailed in his quote, it came very timely, we felt very reasonable and they were able to accommodate our schedule when we wanted the installation. The installers were amazing and so detailed in their work. when the job was finished , you would have never known our yard was torn up. They put the rock back beautifully and made sure everything was in working order. I would highly recommend this company for any of your sprinkler needs. We are 100% satisfied with their work!

Sonora installed a new system for us, replacing our flexible black tubing with pvc. From JD who was our initial contact and estimator, to Ryan who came after installation to inspect the work and brief us on the system, the process was excellent. The entire crew was very professional, experienced and completed the installation in one day. They cleaned up beautifully. When they left our property looked better then when they arrived.
We highly recommend them.

Had our 17 year old poly drip irrigation replaced with pvc. Got two other quotes and neither came close to the price Sonora quoted. Their team did an outstanding job and you can’t even tell they were here despite all the trenching they did. Mark came in after the install crew were done and went over everything. Made sure our landscape lights were all still working, emitters were spot on (even laid on the ground to get under shrubs), and our irrigation controller was updated. He walked us through everything and ensured we had no unanswered questions. You really feel like you’re getting white glove treatment. Highly recommend and really looking forward to not spending my weekends fixing irrigation leaks.

We had our sprinkler system redone for our trees and bushes. Everybody was always prompt on time as promised, and the job was done really quick and professionally.

My sprinkler system broke and after 2 weeks of trying to "hand water" I broke down and called Sonora Sprinkler. Skylar came out the next day, repaired the broken spot, assessed the system then set the timers. Very nice polite young man who did a very good job. I will definitely be calling them again.

Impeccable service of reviewing the entire system and making the necessary repairs, including three valve replacements and a new timer. I cannot say enough about the people, of Sonoran Sprinkler. From the outset with Ryan and JD to the actual install led by Mark and Ryan and the install team itself their performance was outstanding. During the quote phase they explained everything in finite detail and put the entire quote in writing. During the install they went beyond expectation with their trenching and emitter installs. Once the install was complete Mark and JD and I did a walk around to make certain all was functioning as needed and promised. They then took the time to explain in detail recommended watering time, times and cycles.

The entire team was courteous, diligent, neat and timely. When they said they would be there they were and they worked tirelessly throughout the install and activation. When they completed the task the yard looked better than it had before.

I strongly recommend Sonora Sprinkler, they are top notch.

Excellent customer service! One of the hardest working crews I've ever seen. Very organized and professional. They installed a complete new system on our lot in one day with over 80 sprinklers and you couldn't even tell they had been there when finished. The landscaping looked perfect and all 17 landscape lights still worked when they were finished! The Best in the West.

They did an amazing job-better than I hoped for. They replaced my old system and spruced up my yard-it looks better than ever. They fixed things that I didn’t know needed to be fixed (and didn’t charge). I highly recommend them.

My wife and I couldn't be happier with our new irrigation system from Sonora Sprinkler. Our original was old and causing leaks. We needed a whole new system and pressure valves, as well. We talked to two other irrigation system companies and their representatives came out and gave us their quotes. JD from Sonora Sprinkler also came out, walked the property with us, took accurate notes, and gave us a reasonable quote. We were impressed with his professionalism and the time he took with us to answer all of our questions. We decided to go with Sonora and we are glad we did.

When Mark and his crew came out, they were fantastic! Mark walked us around the yard again before the work started just to confirm everything. He told us exactly what would be involved in the project. Mark also encouraged us to take photos once the PVC pipes were down so that we would know where everything had been laid in case later we needed to do some digging. Mark's crew completed the job of laying lines to over 40 trees and plants in two days. When the crew completed their part of the job, Mark then came and did a final inspection of the work. What impressed me is that Mark took his time. He didn't do a quick glance and then run off with the payment. He inspected every irrigation emitter at every plant to make sure it was working properly. And when he discovered a minor problem, he dug out the trench, laid down on the rocks in our yard (ouch!), and corrected the problem himself. He could have chosen not to fix anything or not to tell us of the problem at all. We would never have known. But Mark did it because he cared that his customers got the best job possible. There aren't too many companies nowadays who have that same integrity. Not only that, but because Mark chose to stay and fix the problem, it caused him to miss a personal appointment. I was sorry he missed his appointment, but it really impressed me that he stayed to make sure the job was right. Overall, the job was done so well, and our yard rocks put back in place so carefully, you couldn't even tell that Sonora had been there at all (see before and after photos).

Finally, the next day the owner of the company, Ryan, personally came by and dropped off some extra supplies that we requested. He, too, was professional and took his time with us as he answered our questions.

My wife and I were impressed with the warranties Sonora provided on their products, their excellent customer service (both in the office and in the field), the quality of their work, and the reasonableness of their price. We recommend them highly without hesitation. And if we ever need irrigation services again, Sonora will be the first company we call!

I woke up this morning with water running down my side drive into the street. I noticed water was bubbling up immediately next to the driveway. I called Sonora sprinkler and within five minutes a technician came out. The problem ended up being the main waterline and he repaired it.I highly recommend Sonora sprinkler for any type of issue.
