After a hiccup from the 1st service call, Ryan came back as a f/u. He did a great job teaching me how to use my system and offering solutions for the long term. I also learned how to troubleshoot problems with Sonora's assistance remotely. I highly recommend Sonora Sprinkler as a value added company to do business with.

Our condo association contracted with Sonora Sprinkler to replace our
entire irrigation system They were prompt, efficient, and professional.
The entire project was completed quickly with new piping, controllers,
and computer boards. Communication with them was always courteous
and timely. Also, an excellent demo and orientation.

When the job was completed, you'd never know that they were even there.
The landscaping was returned to its original state.

I had just been in my house for about a month and realized my irrigation system was not working properly. I called Sonora Sprinkler and Ryan, a manager, came to my house. He looked at my entire system and let me know what it needed and quoted me a very reasonable price. I hired them and they started the job within two days. They showed up on time, they knew exactly what they were doing and were very professional. They replaced my entire system using the best quality parts, i.e. schedule 40 pvc, and correct water flow heads for each plant. They reprogramed the system based on each plant and their supervisor, Mark, walked me through the entire system and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. I would highly recommend them if you have any kind of irrigation issues.

I desperately needed a leak repaired, adding five additional drips and detecting a problem with 2 drips that stopped working. I called Sonora hoping they could fix the problems that two other companies created. They stopped the leak, fix the 2 that stopped working and added the five drips. They also made sure all my drips in front were working and adjusted my controller to the proper settings. I must say that I am very pleased with their work.

I highly recommend Sonora Sprinkler. I had three estimates to install a complete sprinkler system for an old and outdated system that continued to have leaks. Ryan, the General Manager from Sonora, came out and inspected my system and provided an estimate. His estimate was between the other two but I went with him due to the thoroughness and professionalism he exhibited. The crew came out and completed the task in 1 ½ days. They were professional in all respects, completely courteous and left the property looking better than when they arrived. Ryan’s follow up, demonstration and detailed information about the system was outstanding.

This is the second review I have done on Sonora Sprinkler. The first time was for a re-pipe of our front yard, this time I was looking to re-pipe our back yard and I decided to give Sonora Sprinkler the business again since they had done such a good job on our front yard.

Once again the team at Sonora Sprinkler did not disappoint. Everyone involved was very helpful in answering any/all questions I had about the process and post installation setup.

Once again, I think the yard looks better post installation than it did before they started. They really take care of the property to make it look good.

I am looking forward to having a reliable irrigation system now in the back yard that performs as reliably as the Sonora Sprinkler installation does in our front yard.

After reading positive reviews, I reached out to Sonoran to help me get a handle on my simple irrigation. Barbara on the phone was great in scheduling everything and Skylar shows up as promised. Skylar was very professional and knowledgeable in his craft. It was 1:00 pm on a 115 degree day in Phoenix. He diagnosed 2 leaks which he repaired while finding a wasp’s nest and getting stung. Then, installed our new WiFi Rebird controller. Once the installation was complete he ensured I had the app up and running and provided a nice tutorial. I give Sonoran Sprinkler a high recommendation to anyone who needs irrigation services.

I'm selling my father's house in Sun City Grand and I live out of state which has made every transaction more complicated. Ryan at Sonora worked with my realtor to make this seamless. The buyer stopped by the house and Ryan went to extra miles to show the new owner everything he was repairing. An amazing company that you should use.

I had a fantastic experience with Sonora Sprinkler. After having a $2000 quote to fix my irrigation system, I wanted a second opinion and happened to find this company. They were friendly over the phone, explained up-front the costs associated with having a technician come out, and had me scheduled in a reasonable amount of time. Roan the technician who came to my house was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail to me, including a check of my whole system and an explanation of how to take of my trees/shrubs, which was not only interesting but useful as well. He identified the issue and had it fixed quickly. And the best part was it was a fraction of the first quote I had; I appreciate the honesty and integrity Sonora Sprinkler. I would highly recommend them for any irrigation system issues.

We could not be happier with the job that Sonora Sprinkler did. I got many estimates for a backyard sprinkler system and found that most everyone else seemed unprofessional (showed up late, never emailed estimates) or unknowledgeable. Ryan and his crew were the definition of professionalism, my yard looked better when they left. I was very pleased with the service that I received from Sonora Sprinkler. It about 10 days from the time that I first called until the work was completed. The estimator (JD) was very knowledgeable and helpful. The price was fair and acceptable, given that they use good materials. The crew that came was about 10 guys and I was amazed that they were done in two days...very experienced and hard working. Ryan was top-notch, and also was determined that I would be happy with the work. They left our place looking better than when they got there. I would highly recommend Sonora Sprinkler.

Just had them install a sprinkler system and was extremely impressed with everyone we had contact with from the estimator to the installation crew to Ryan who oversaw the project. Did a great job installing and our yard looked better when they were done than when they started. They showed up when they said they would which impressed us since many times we don’t even get a call back from businesses. Would highly recommend that you give them a call if you need any sprinkler work done.

Sonora Sprinklers is one of the best businesses we have had contact with since we’ve been in Arizona. Their performance is above expectations, from beginning to end. The work crew did a spectacular job putting in a new drip irrigation sprinkler system. They definitely knew what they were doing; professional, on time, and no mess afterwards. We couldn’t even tell they trenched the yard; in fact, the yard looked even better from when they started. The manager finalized the install with checking every single emitter for function and made sure we understood how to program the system and what size emitters were on each plant/tree. Wonderful experience! They were professional, showed up on time, and finished the installation with a thorough inspection, removal of any large rocks and debris, a hose down of my yard, and finished with the blower. Knowledgeable nice people. Would definitely use again and recommend.

We have had a great experience with Sonora. We had our irrigation system installed two years ago in the front and back yard. They were professional and customer service was great. The back yard sat dormant for two years while we finished our landscaping. Our back yard was finished recently, and we tried to turn on the back yard irrigation system. It would not turn on by the control panel. We reached out to Sonora, and they responded right away, and they came out and troubleshooted the issue and fixed it. Ryan walked use through how to program our backyard system. If you need an irrigation system installed this is the company, I recommend.
