Cool Blew was an awesome experience. Called to get smart thermostats installed. They were prompt, courteous, professional and extremely efficient. After setting up the appointment, they arrived early at their appointment time, only two days after I called them (great, considering this was in the midst of summer in Surprise, AZ). They installed four Ecobee thermostats in no time and provided a five year warranty. Great job Cool Blew. I'm now going to enter into a twice a year maintenance agreement with them to keep everything blowing cool 😎.

Referred to Cool Blew through my warranty company. Dan, the technician, diagnosed that the blower motor burned out so I had no air conditioning in AZ He had the repair authorized, ordered the blower motor and returned and installed it promptly within a day as it was in stock. He was extremely professional, thoughtful and courteous and provided an explanation about the install. Dan is a skilled professional. He cleaned any dust and left the air conditioner working great. Additionally, I called in the problem on a Saturday and the office (Heather) called me on Sunday to set an appointment. Great customer service. She also was courteous and professional. Cool Blew is as good as it gets. I highly recommend this company.

Cool blew is the authorized dealer to put screen around our solar panels. I called and retained their services a year ago.

I recently had our roof inspected and found pigeons have continued to roost under our solar panels. It's been a year since the screen was installed. Drew Cook, the manager, had a team at my home within 30 minutes. They re-did the screen/netting and assured me that pigeons are now unable to get under the panels.

My son and I am very appreciative of this company's attentive and timely service. We just relocated to Sun City West from Boston, Massachusetts. Unfortunately, my new house air-conditioning malfunction and stopped working during 110 degree heat and off hour. Called the company by a referral from a friend and I am so glad for the decision. The technician was so friendly, insightful and professional. I was lucky my home warranty company used Cool Blew to install my replacement unit. The technician were polite and professional. They had my new unit installed on the roof in 4 hours. I will use Cool Blue in the future.

This company is taking advantage of customers by adding unexplainable charges. After installing their water heater, we checked with three different, local companies that provide the same service, and it turns out that we were overcharged by $960.

Also, the initial appointment was btw 10 am - 2 pm (4 hours), the service person came at 4:40 pm. We took time off work, and it turned into a terrible experience.

Justin and crew (3 J's) were amazing! Beautiful work, respectful of my property, deliverd exactly what we needed and the price was fair. We had them relocate our a/c unit to the side of the house (where the builder should have placed it to begin with), and they used copper (what the builder should have used). The unit previously made unbearable noise next to the main bedroom and pool area. Justin and team moved it, the plumbing, the electrical and now I barely hear it at all. I am elated with CoolBlew and will use them again for any HVAC needs. Thanks guys!

I gave it since January this company never wanted to deal with there employee , my Rolex was stolen they claim he didn’t do it not even sure if they questioned him, no one called me back this is the picture of him
He didn’t even fix the plumbing issue by the way I guess he snatched the watch and left. I gave them too long now I will be filing reports
